I visited this chevron on April 11th 2025. The girl working had long black hair. She was rude and barely acknowledged me when I was paying for a car wash because she was too busy talking to some girl. I won’t go back. Whoever owns this place needs to hire new people who are customer oriented instead of rude people who act like you are bugging them when it’s their job. People now a days have no respect. By reading other reviews obviously the owner doesn’t care about his business.

I usually love going in here and speaking to the guy who owns the place… In the mornings. He also has another employee that I really like there as well. The problem that I’ve had numerous times is the woman who works there. She has black long hair, xtra large, “just got out of prison” sort of look…. If she’s not throwing your bag at you after asking you if you need a bag, and rudely dismissing simple questions… She’s barking at you to get out of her way when you’re simply standing in an aisle.
I feel bad for the owner since he is a nice guy, and she’s ruining his business and the small town feel for the place.
Tonight I went to make a purchase, and when I was waiting at the register as she was taking out the garbage… She seemed as though she was extremely winded which I could definitely understand.
But when she started rudely barking, “EXCUSE ME!!” at me because I was simply standing in an aisle and she wanted to eventually walk where I was when she eventually stepped foot in the store… Then I apologize with a bit of an attitude, and she snapped back with an attitude that it was “OK.
I walked out without making my purchase.
Tried to call to call her at the store tonight to discuss the issue, and she hasn’t answered the phone at all for at least a half hour. I know, moving can be very hard for some … and I’m sure that’s what she’s currently experiencing.
Unfortunately, one bad employee will ruin it for business… Hopefully that won’t happen to this guy. My husband and family aren’t coming back though… And we are in law enforcement, so… That does mean that she’s going to have a lot less protection with our absence… especially since these stores are one of the most dangerous paces to work in the US… . Their loss I guess.

Kids love going to the carwash just as it's getting dark because of the lights inside the car wash...it's hard to say no because it does do a great job getting my jeep clean...and the drying blower is even better!

I need to speak with the Manager/owner. I paid for a Carwash regular and it stopped after it wet my car.. I let the clerk know and she’s very rude and unprofessional towards me and did this same thing in the past to me a few weeks or so ago. I feel like I need a police officer to go in with me to just get customer service for a car wash with this clerk.,All the other clerks are very kind to me, except for her. She worked today and on last Thursday/Friday June 27/28 when I tried to get service. She refused to give me my car wash receipt back that I accidentally left with the nice older man today. . She kept being unprofessional to me.and was very hard hearted towards me And refused to allow the kind gentleman to help me last week. She just even abused the sign that says she can refuse the right to serve anyone today . I need assistance due to paying for a car wash and never received the full car wash. My Roommate had to help me dry my car off from the water, it was dirty and not washed. She just tells me usually to talk to the manager/owner for support. Today she just remained rude /unprofessional towards me. I’ve tried 3x now to get a car wash that I paid for on June 27 and have it on my bank statement for proof thankfully. I miss all of your kind day clerks that use to be there.during the day shifts. Lately she’s been working a lot of day shifts and I can’t get any customer service when she’s there. No customer deserves to be treated like this. I pray this doesn’t happen to me or anyone that is just there to to get a car wash or gas or need something from the store. I’ve been a regular customer since 2015. The above just happened over a month or so this year. Thank you for your time and attention.

If I could give this place a Zero i would. My husband bought a monthly Carwash membership and after showing proof of payment, the owner “son” refused to give my husband a pass to get his car washes. He said it was “not his problem” and sent my husband to Orcutt if he “really wanted a carwash”. Not to mentioning he reiterated that he “owned the store” in an arrogant manner. Not to mention his rudeness and unprofessional demeanor. He began yelling at my husband and kept saying it was “not his problem”. Way to run your store and care for your customers. Weve been loyal customers to this store and in fact have recommended it to many. Definitely loosing customers today due to this absolutely terrible experience

The store door is always locked in the middle of the day because the cashier chooses to leave the store frequently during business hours. And the sandwiches are not fresh and have fake expiration dates.

Only car wash I use in Nipomo. Sometimes it gets busy. Free vacuums are a great plus
