I think it is great that the pharmacists are able to take a designated lunch break. Being rudely asked to move your vehicle when you pull up 5 minutes before the Lunch time is over for convenience is not acceptable. We understand you are on lunch break, we have schedules as well. Pretty sure the big sign in front lets people know that you are not open yet.
The response and request was uncalled for and rude
Wishing I could put a negative 5 star rating

I am not one to write negative reviews normally and two stars is being kind because I did get the prescription after all day of trying. This was my first experience at CVS because we have been with rite aid for years and are starting to change things over since they are closing. They said the prescription had not been called in when I got there before work today. So we called the doctor and it was called in yesterday And the doctor immediately called CVS to get it going.. Got a message that it was ready for pickup and when I got there they didn't have a diagnostic code for insurance to cover it, maybe not their fault. The doctor called it in immediately or faxed it and I went back 20 minutes later to pick up the prescription and they said they did not have the code and that it wasn't that quick. IT'S ELECTRONIC WHICH IS PRETTY INSTANT! They told me to have a seat which I did and waited about 5 minutes but had to get back to work after taking an hour off to do this. Came back after work and they said the prescription wasn't ready And that the code hadn't been called in. When I had a seat, would I have been waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours? I tried not to lose it and they did have it ready pretty quickly after that but this was an entire waste of my day. You also cannot get someone on the phone and have to leave a message which I did before coming back after work but hadn't heard back from them yet. I knew my patience was thin before walking in there a fourth time today. I have not had one issue with rite aid in 4 years and I'm really going to miss them so maybe that has something to do with my review too but today was not okay. Hoping it gets better since I live in Nipomo and it would be convenient but It was not at all convenient Today. Would have taken less time to drive to rite aid in five cities. I'm also just not sure how if they didn't have the code that It was ready within minutes after I was irritated???

This CVS location is becoming the eyesore of Nipomo. Of the 4 corners of Mary and Tefft, this store, parking lot, weeds and landscaping is filthy and dirty. The tall weeds need to be removed, bushes cut and store front power washed. Feels filthy just upon entering. Do better.

This pharmacy has been awesome and helping me get my prescriptions delivered and also in an emergency. They have been very responsive when I call on the phone and have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them.

Clearly the corporation doesn't care about budgeting to maintain this store. Even the landscaping outside is awful. But there's good news! On the app you can get amazing deals with coupons and rewards, and then go pick your order up at the store. I can't believe all the stuff I'm getting for dirt cheap. Highly recommend.

I think pharmacy drive-thru should not allow customers to come to the window and say they will wait while a prescription is being filled. There will always be rude customers who think their time is more valuable than the people's behind them, but CVS staff could make it a policy that you cannot wait in line while your prescription is being filled ahead of others whose prescriptions are already ready. If this were a one-time thing I would not post. But this happens far too often.

Christine was extremely helpful in filling an emergency prescription. She was caring and expedited the order. The counter person also was very helpful. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. Thank you, thank you! CVS in Nipomo fills all our immediate Rx's. We have been on the central coast for over 24 years. We moved to Nipomo 8 years ago and we say this is the best pharmacy in all our 24 years here in this area. R & P O

I had a prescription not covered by my plan. The pharmacist helped me find a discount that saved me money. In another case Medicare showed that I wouldn't be covered for a prescription. They helped clear this up, even calling my doctor. They are busy and overworked. Take a little time, ask for help. They are great.

I only have complaints about eh amount of products they stock. Frequently they are out of products. Definitely not the best CVS in any way, shape, or form.

No customer service. Wrong and missing prescription tracking and refills. Rude and disrespectful customer service from Pharmacy staff and constant turn over in Pharmacists. I had to move all my families medications to another place after several years of frustration. Reported it and made complaints but nothing changes. Nipomo deserves better than this.

First, let me say I haven't taken any pain pills pretty much since March of this year when I got my hip replaced. Within three weeks I was walking and it didn't take too long much longer That I canceled all of my pain pills because I didn't need them again. Go forward to me having yet another kidney stone passing. Extremely painful and I asked my DR. To please get me a prescription. I had to do some other shopping, and o knew my Dr. had sent in the prescription. This was the last thing that went well. I showed up to find out they were out of stock. But the twist is they told my Dr. There was interaction. They lied. So when I showed up I was in intense pain and I couldn't get my prescription. They did the "we can't change that..." which of course is what the Dr. Told me as well. Suffice to say this is the worst pharmacy visit I have ever had. I will never patronize CVS again.
