From my experience Valerie Rilley would receive none stars. Fat zero in quality care, basic care she also documented false information on my medical chart, I recorded her during visits bc I suspected FCPP hired unqualified persons desperate to keep their job and that confirms she never brought up topics she claims I "Refused to discuss"How can I refuse to discus something never brought up in question? From my experience doctors nurses will document inaccurate information about you to better suit their position especially when they neglect to follow procedures or wrong medications that caused you the patient harm what's worse is every future "medical professionals" will follow what ever is said in medical records, you can be in front of "medical professional" with symptoms concerns etc. And the only thing they focus on is what is said in chart. Ask for your records and see what your physician wrote about you, I wish you luck and for everything to be accurate.

My FCPP PCP is the best! She has taken care of my husband and I for years and we are so thankful for Valerie Reilly’s care in Nipomo!

Really like this group. Like the doctor & their way of following up & spending time with patient. So far, so good!

Do not like the call center. When I want to get a message to my doctor it takes an extra 10 to 15 minutes that is not necessary. Aren't you here for the patients. Not just my money.

I went to this office in December for my annual checkup, resulting in my getting a referral to a sleep clinic. I called the clinic to schedule my study a few days after my appointment, but they had no record of the referral. It took 3 weeks and several phone calls before this office gave the sleep clinic the info they needed, like whether I should have an in-lab or home study. Finally had the study mid-Jan. Spent 2 months trying to get the results. When the nurse, Barbara, finally took my call on 3/14, she said they got the results on 3/7 and ordered a CPAP and told me which pharmacy. The doctor never discussed my diagnosis with me. I called the pharmacy a couple times and found out today, 4/4, that they don't have a CPAP order for me. How hard is it to fax a piece of paper or contact a patient?? I will never go to this practice again!

After going to a so called doctor for many years, I finally had had enough and got a referral from a friend who has been seeing PA Valerie Riley for many years. I will be forever grateful for that referral. Valerie is the best!! Much better than my former "doctor." The office staff is great, especially Valerie's assistant. I love the FCPP portal!!! I could not be any happier!!! I understand they will soon be moving to AG which will make it even more convenient for me.

Nothing makes me happier than to write a fresh review that switches from boo to yay. After experiencing a change in employer-provided health insurance, I needed to find an in-network PCP. What a nightmare of phone calls and research! "Sorry, we're not seeing new patients." "Sorry, we don't work with that plan anymore." "The soonest we can see you is in 8 months." Or they have horrendous reviews. NCPP Nipomo was the only option near me so I looked up their clinicians and found a lot of positive reviews for Dr. Alison Lewis and their PA, Valerie Reilly. They got me in within a week, I had a very short wait before being seen, and Valerie was just great. Best doctor visit in years! They had a really rough 1st year but I can see that the office has gotten it's act together. Their online portal has improved dramatically as well. I'm glad I gave them another shot. Now I hope I don't end up having my plans switched again!

It feels like visiting a Doc-in-a-box, not sure if this is a great place for a primary care physician. For my initial visit the service wasn't great and I waited 30 minutes in a room for the doctor. I would consider using them for minor or urgent issues only.
