“Employee number 153774 was absolutely kind and patient with me. I called him three times before I even got here just to find out if I was going to the correct store because there are a couple and two of them were closed because it’s Sunday. He was very patient each time I called, then when I got to his store and the price came up for the shipping, I nearly had a heart attack. Again he was super patient with me and explained the cost and why it was expensive and why the post office would have been an even more expensive route to go , I just wanted to say, despite the fact that my box cost a lot to ship and it was stressing me out, he was very sincere and kind and did everything he could to ease the pain”

The website information was reliable and I found out that that Sunday the store would be closed and so I planned to go on Saturday. The hours listed were accurate on the website and I was able to ship my package earlier than expected. The staff that took care of me, and my order was very polite and explained the process of shipping the item and took care of more out order quickly.Overall review : accurate information on the website allowed me to create a plan to take care of shipping early well the store was still open, and in-store. the great customer support provided the information that I highly value as a customer to take care of my order.”
