Had check engine light on , sign in window says free code reading. So went inside and was told the code reader is broken? Don't they sell them ? 😂

I seem to always get good service, but my one question is no matter when I go, why is the sign on the door that the oil is full? It seems to have been an issue ever since they opened, really makes me wonder why.

Amazing! came in and the entire staff was so helpful. I needed a tail light and they made sure I got the correct part and even installed it for me. They were able to investigate and found out my bulb fell off. They were so innovative and dedicated to service that they saved me a mechanics visit ($$$) and got the bulb out without dismantling my car! Thank youz’

Stopped into the Nipomo store due to replace the windshield wipers on my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee during the most recent rainstorm. I was greeted and assisted by Sean who was able to help my wife and I choose the correct fit for our vehicle. In addition, he graciously offered to install the replacement parts and within a couple of minutes had them installed and working perfectly!I have been an O'Reilly's Rewards customer for several years and have always been able to find the correct parts and products to meet my needs.This most recent experience has underscored my reasons for customer loyalty.Sean's professionalism, knowledge and expertise, together with his warm, outgoing personal attention to our needs, reflects great credit on himself and the entire O'Reilly's team.I highly recommend this particular store for your auto parts needs.
