Very overpriced on what they have to offer would not recommend purchasing an RV through them salesman was not very informed on pricing had to look everything up each time we looked at something

First time trailer purchaser*** This location is phenomenal! The staff was extremely nice. We had to reschedule twice due to weather and they were very understanding. We worked with Eddie and his colleagues for the small fix ups and weighted hitch set up. They were very professional. They even stayed 3 hours past working hours to ensure we were prepared and safe driving back to our campsite! I definitely recommend working with these guys. We were loading up for our 8 hour drive home and our living room slide would not move. Push switch, nothing. We called Rapid RV. They sent out Rolando. He was here within an hour and a half from our call. (He was on another call). He troubleshooted and found the problem. Had to return to the shop an hour away round trip. Luckily they had the slide out motor. He returned and replaced the motor and put all the molding al together. Good as new. He was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and kind. We would highly recommend rapid repair.

Everyone at trailer hitch RV Center was extremely helpful in our purchase of our grand solitude trailer. The orientation given by Jake and Eddie was extremely helpful and thorough. We loved our experience here because we felt that they genuinely cared about our new venture. Later that evening, we ran into a rookie snafu, where we had to call the people at trailer hitch for assistance. They sent over Preston one of their technicians to our campsite to provide us hands on assistance. You don't see that anywhere, we were very happy that we chose trailer hitch for our first purchase And we would highly recommend anyone on the market to buy it through them

I had a water leak and needed it fixed asap. Porfy came and fixed it that day! He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely request him in the future.

After researching for about a year and driving to orange county and Santa Clarita to look at travel trailers, we made the ride up to Nipomo. Dan was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy unlike the "big brand" RV centers we visited. A few months later, we purchased our Grand Design 2800bh! Picked it up last weekend which was a great experience. A gentleman did a complete walk through with us and gave some great advice. Then another tech showed me how to hook up the weight distribution hitch. Happy camper.

These people had my RV for nearly 5 months to re-roof and replace a window,,,, I finally went to get it after they said it would be an ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS for the awning replacement.they allowed the the missing window to be left uncovered for months resulting in a huge dirty mess inside... This group is so mis-managed,,,, good luck ever getting a call back or a straight answer,,,,When you do speak to them, they all point fingers at other employees and bad mouth each other... so unprofessionalBEWARE

PARTS DEPARTMENT ROCK... Trailer Hitch RV in Nipomo we bought a Rockwood, Trailer 2706ws bunk and during the walk through and hitch set up; these two guys hands on made the experience we had good. THANK YOU JAKE AND EDDIE! Such information to get us going and then some . Great attitudes and personalities. Michelle at counter and Steve in Parts Just went out of their way to get answers for us.Steve you came through for my needs with arthritis. Very attentive. YOUR MY HERO! We added a drawer for under belly that pulls out on both sides of trailer.Now days it is hard to get people to focus and call you back. Sure parts had others who cleaned it and set up as well. We say, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. The smiling face Jones.
