They are always very patient with people such as myself that aren’t always great with Technology, Always willing to go the extra mile, which is a rarity nowadays.
I will never waste my time going anywhere else other than a UPS store. Highly recommend all their services.

The Nipomo UPS store is my go to for all my shipping and notary needs. Robert and all the staff here have been kind, efficient, and helpful in all of the services provided. This location feels like your friendly neighborhood store, such a treasure!

Everyone who works at this store are always friendly and helpful! This is a crazy time of year and they are all fast and efficient! The driver even waited for the packages from everyone in line, so that all of our packages would get in their way! All of my packages arrived safely and earlier than predicted!

Too many lost packages sent back to Amazon. Yesterday, I returned 6 items and one item did not get scanned correctly so Amazon is not refunding.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I was at the store this morning at 9:15am. The website and the front of the store say opens at 9am. Well the store was in fact not open. If you have changed your hours of operation pleas update your website and the sign on your door. Very disappointed!

This UPS store is actually a treat! The staff is always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I've been using their services for several years and never had a bad experience there.

The employees are fantastic at this ups store. It is rare these days have such great workers they are always pleasant and extremely competent!!!!! I hope the owner/manager realizes how lucky they are to have such a great staff.

Super unhappy with my recent experience at the UPS store. I paid $30 extra to have an important package delivered 2-day service. The normal price was going to have the package at the destination in 6 days and I needed it there sooner so paid the extra for the 2- day service. The package ended up still taking the full 6 days, which was very disappointing. When I called to ask for my money back on the difference between the 2-day price and. Ir al price I was told that it's not their fault or responsibility as it is the responsibility of UPS itself. No refund. I find this rather appalling.
