I had an appointment and they took my car on time, got it done fairly quickly at the time they said they would, and even washed it for me when I asked them to do that. “Customer service from the service department was good, and they were able to address the issues I had my our vehicle. However, I’m docking a star off due to the unreliable shuttle service that they have to take customers to and from the dealership. I finished talking with my service advisor at around 8:15am , and he told me the shuttle had just left and should return within 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes passed, and the receptionist told me the driver was on his way back in about 20 mins. Another 20 mins pass, and a different service advisor told me the same thing. At around 9:40 am, I’m still at the dealership waiting for the shuttle service. I decided to just call myself an uber to get back home. This was a frustrating experience being told multiple times that I will be picked up in 20 mins and waiting over an hour and a half just to end up paying for an Uber. I probably won’t trust their shuttle service after this incident.”

Andrew was pleasant to talk to and he showed me a car that i was interested in we test drove it and we were able to agree on a price and with Andrews help and the assistance sales manager and the manager assistance we drove off with the i wanted.”

“We have purchased 2 vehicles from Andy over at Victory. We purchased the vehicles over 10 years ago and the cars are still running great. Simple, minor maintenance, keep the oil, brakes, and belts good, and all has been well.
What made our experience so great though, was Andy’s friendly, down home service. He walked us through the inventory, giving us pros/cons on each of the vehicles we were interested in. Andy gave ‘old school’ level service, the kind that’s so hard to find these days. All that and a reasonable price to boot.

“After a disappointing afternoon looking for an inexpensive, clean, well running, nice looking car for our granddaughter my husband and I landed at Heiland Auto Sales in Oceano. Honestly I was a bit skeptical but we had run out of options in the 5 cities. Finding a perfect used car that fit our budget was proving to be very difficult. The owner and his wife at Heiland were both on the lot and they were so kind and so helpful. They did not have a lot of inventory but they did have just the right car for us. They were patient, kind, and worked with us to remain with in our budget. We will be back next time we are in the market for another car. We heartily recommend Heiland Auto to anyone. Best of all our granddaughter loves the car!”

I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Traverse from the lot next to their Santa Maria location and was scammed, broke down, constant problems and terrible service, ended up returning that vehicle. I should have stuck with Family Motors!!”
