“After a disappointing afternoon looking for an inexpensive, clean, well running, nice looking car for our granddaughter my husband and I landed at Heiland Auto Sales in Oceano. Honestly I was a bit skeptical but we had run out of options in the 5 cities. Finding a perfect used car that fit our budget was proving to be very difficult. The owner and his wife at Heiland were both on the lot and they were so kind and so helpful. They did not have a lot of inventory but they did have just the right car for us. “Came across this dealership through some online browsing of vehicle's and I have to say I'm glad I found a dealership that has some warm hearted and honest staff. No pressure, no hassle just ? honesty. Both Sandro, and Matt are very helpful, and honest. From the first day I looked at a vehicle I was interested in until the day I bought it they were by my side. Not only were they communicative during the week and a half I did not have the vehicle they gave me daily updates of what was being done to bring the vehicle I was interested in back to life. They found minor things I didn't catch and informed me that they would have it repaired / replaced, they also found me the best offer from lender's and didn't just settle and press me to purchase with whatever came first... Im ? satisfied with this dealership and the staff. It was worth the drive out to see the vehicle I found driving from Lancaster out to their dealership which was a 3 hour drive. On the final day when the vehicle was finally signed by me they had delivered my car on a flat bed and topped the car off with fuel ? not many small dealership's will do this for their customers. So overall I give this dealership, Sandro, and Matt a 10/10 I can't thank these guys enough, also a shout out to the delivery driver for bringing my car on a 3 hour drive ?”
