Worst golfing experience ever. Manure and hoof marks on the course. Greens are a disaster. Trash in the bunkers. Rude staff. Save your money.

Played lakes course on 10/14/23. An absolute crime to charge $100 for the conditions. There are weeds growing in puddles in the fairways and cart paths. The first 4-5 greens on the front are nearly all sand---they've lost them and they aren't coming back very quickly. Pass this up until you read several reviews saying the greens are back to barely OK.

Primm has two courses and I played the easternmost one over by I15 on Nov. 1, 2023 and the entire course is in immaculate condition. Easiest five-star review I ever made. A lot of work has been done and it shows. I actually enjoyed Primm the last few years when lax management let everything go. Now it's amazing. The design of the course I played (can't speak for the other one) is greatly appealing and nearly all approach shots inspire a good golf shot. Risk/reward plays abound. Very stimulating and enjoyable to play at Primm.

Played the lakes course on October18th. First thing I noticed was no staff. The ones that were there were extremely nice. No kitchen staff so bring your own food. Even though the sign says no outside food or drink , pro shop was closed and locked at 2:30 after my round. No chance to buy anything . Water was on the carts but no Marshall or cart girl. 90 degrees and nothing Fairways are in good shape but the greens have some rough spots. Was told by my playing partner it’s been like this for 2 years still a nice course but has gone a bit downhill since I first started playing there

From sharing the first fairway with a coyote to the mountains in the distance, this is a cool place to play golf.

To call this track a goat ranch would be a slight to actual ranchers who take better care of their ranches. The greens were absolutely unplayable.

We've played Primm Valley Golf 7 times over the last couple of months and couldn't have had a better experience.Yes, the course is recovering from a fungus attack that took over the greens and fairways, but the course is slowly coming back to shape. We just take an automatic 2-putt on the greens and take preferred lies on the fairways. It's worth the 50 minute drive for us to not play on a course that's so overbooked that you're either constantly waiting on the tee box or have impatient groups waiting behind you.Nothing beats playing in a very relaxed environment and the staff is just super friendly. The practice facility is expansive, turf stations and has chipping greens and bunkers. If you can tolerate greens and fairways recovering from damage you will have a great day of golf.

Played primm valley the other week...standing on the first tee box, course looked like a championship style course, fairways green beautiful scenery...but oh boy the greens are in bad bad shape, not sure what needs to be done to fix these but if you take the game as seriously as I do get ready to add 10-15 strokes to your round due to the condition of the greens. My suggestion would to Just completely shut down one course and get them back to normal..whatever needs to be done! Or if not $65 is to much $ to have those conditions on the greens...even at $40 id be willing to somewhat look past it...other than that, beautiful course, great staff! Just know u are going to be missing a ton of putts!

It is located on the Nevada/California border. You never realize there is a golf course in the middle of nowhere. A nice golf course, but the greens were in bad shape and some bare spots in the fairway. Maybe it could be due to the abnormal long winter we had this year in 2023. The day we played in April was the first day we had in the high 70s. There are 2 golf courses. The Lakes and the Desert course. We played the Lakes course. Nice course. Some of the holes are picturesque, and some are challenging. I will definitely play this course again.

Nice course for the value. Some people complain about putting green, but that's ok with me. I definitely play again every time I go to Vegas.

I don't understand the bad reviews this place is getting. I stopped here driving through, and it was either golf here or continue to Vegas and risk not getting 18 in becuse of daylight and speed of play. Wow, I was so happy with the choice.1. It was $40 less than Vegas.2. I was on the teebox 5 minutes after arriving.3. The course was in amazing shape for January4. It is a beautiful layout5. I completed 18 in 3 hours. It's not in as nice of shape as many Vegas courses, however, business is tough and the course is in a "difficult" location. I'm sure they're doing what they can, trying to figure how they can keep the place open and hopefully make a profit. Also, I love courses that try to manage water in such a way that they're not wasting. I have no idea why golfers driving in for some play in Vegas don't make this course thier first stop. Might not be as green as others they'll play in Vegas, but it may be the best layout. Fazio designed this course and playing the Lakes course you can see why he's a top ten course architect. I know now that I will never make that drive again without making a stop here for a quick 18.
