The staff spend more time chatting with each other than helping customers. I stiff in front of 3 guys having a chat and eventually did self checkout and left. I was there to buy a detailing machine and some waxes but didn’t get any help. So I bought a sponge and left

I went In the other day for new wipers and battery for my key fob and Jay B was the women to help and she was amazing helped me change the wipers and helped with my fluid hose so the fluid would spray correctly. She went above and beyond with her customer service and I really appreciate all her help. Highly recommend the store and service.

This AutoZone has plenty of parts and sup for your vehicle needs. The employees are always helpful in finding the things that you need and always greet you with a smile and a welcome in. Inside you'll find car cleaning products, different types of oils, transmission fluids, lights and light bulbs, fuses, Etc. What ever you can't find they will search it on their computer for you and order it for you or tell you if one of their other location has it in stock. They also do oil recycling and rent a tool.

I like this location, it's clean and convenient. Today, I went in for wind shield wipers because it's been raining, and I'm due for new ones anyway. Welp, I asked the gentleman if he could put them on for me, and he said because it was raining, they didn't. I made a comment about how I thought that was pretty dumb considering that's when their customers need it most, and I laughed. He could tell I was bugged about his answer, and he said since it was just sprinkling, he'd go ahead and put them on for me. So I appreciated that. Other than that, I've never had a bad experience here, and the staff overall has been helpful each time.

Always my go-to auto parts store. Went here this week for a new headlight bulb. A lady employee came over and assisted me with finding the right one I was looking for. She was super helpful make sure I looked in the right spot on my car because there's multiple lights in the front. She was very knowledgeable and made it easy to find what I was looking for. Will definitely be back!

Wow! Exceptional customer service. Knowledgeable friendly and ready to help! Good job AutoZone Norco! I got the check engine light and the oil light on my dashboard! I have no idea what to do! No problem! These guys helped me purchase the correct items helped my open the oil tank with a genuine smile on their faces. Talk about perfect customer experience! Thank you for making something so foreign seem so easy?
