“The quality of the car rental was very good and the staff was professional in handling customers. There were no cars on the Emerald aisle when 4-5 guests arrived. However, the team sprung into action and got vehicles routed to the lot in less than 10 minutes. I felt this was reasonable and it spoke volumes about how quickly the staff works together - even at a smaller airport. To me, this was indicative of the 5 star service I'm used to seeing from National. This is is why National is my preferred car rental company everywhere I travel across the nation.”

They upgraded my car because the car I reserved wasn’t there. The service was impeccable and pain free and I’m glad I chose them.
They are usually cheaper than renting at the airport, but you usually have to get a Uber to get to them. The staff is nice and I rent from them usually when I come into Ontario”

“Darren in returns is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Initially, when I was renting a car from Alamo I requested a Rav 4. Reshika worked with Darren to find the car- and I know they out in so much effort as stock was dwindling. He got a return ready in a short time and i drove off.
15 min later I realized I was not comfortable in the rav 4. If it would have been a single day rental I would have grin and bear ? it all the way, but this was a week long rental and I didn’t want to be miserable.
Darren immediately recognized the car on my return in 15 min and was SO understanding and kind.
I ended up renting an Audi Q 4 Quattro for a substantial amount more but it was comfortable and a good way to test if Audi might be a next lease for me.
Anyway- on return. Darren greeted me and remembered me. That’s always nice. And he was just so personable and we talked about different model cars for a moment as I explained I’m in the market for a car but haven’t settled.
He’s so knowledgeable about cars, he’s super friendly and kind to engage with. Just genuinely a super nice person. So grateful for the interaction-

“Noor at Avis in Corona
was so kind to deal with. We were in Corona with our son in the hospital. Our car broke down and we needed a car to get back and forth to the hospital. We initially got a car for a week because we had can no idea when our car would be fixed since it was Thanksgiving! As luck would have it, our car was fixed the next day! Noor was very understanding and only charged us for two days. Thank you to Noor for helping us out.”

“Is not colocated at the terminals, they do have shuttles that run almost constantly or it’s a 30min walk from terminal 2. The people at the lot were very nice and helpful and definitely deserve all the stars however not advertising it’s a shuttle ride from either terminal is annoying.”

“Had a great experience! Please read before you book. You need a CREDIT CARD AND ID BOTH NAMES HAVE TO MATCH. I paid the pay now option online! ONLY BOOK ON REGULAR WEBSITE!!! Don’t book on another third party! Also I did notice not many cars. I booked a small suv and got a Jeep! I also showed up at 5:45 am to get my vehicle was in and out by 6 am. I wasn’t pressured to add a driver or to purchase insurance. My company covers it.”

“Rented a wheelchair van for a quick trip with a wheelchair passenger. The rental went great and the rep, Alicia, was stellar. She's so accommodating and gracious. She helped us pronto and secured us a good deal on the rental van. We mad a mistaken returning the keys but she was again gracious with us and I'm very likely to rent again. It is true they are not at the airport and the vans aren't the latest models but the price is right and the service is stellar, especially from Alicia. Thank you!”
“Great staff whom are extremely efficient at their job. They genuinely care about customer care and satisfaction. The other I calm and I'm with my husband to rent a car and they had one easily available & ready for rental. (Unlike enterprise who were "out of cars" ) when I came back in a couple days later I showed up right when they Werribee closing (not knowing they close at 6) they gave me help right away and I was able to turn in my car in less than 5mins. All in all great customer service and efficient car rental. I don't recall the two gentleman whom helped me but thank you I truly appreciate it and you helped me out a ton.”
