This was our first order for our school branding and we absolutely love our merchandise! Our rep Eliza was so patient and got us exactly what we needed with a quick turnaround. It is great quality and easy to assemble. Definitely recommend and will be reordering soon.

Find a Another Distributor!We went this distributor based on another sports team's recommendation. I called and was quoted a 12 to 14 day turn around on pop up banners for our soccer pitch. Sent the initial group of 9 sponsor ads the 2nd week of October and via email added 3 more roughly 4 days later. I was contacted by Craig who said that "vectorizing the art would add a week. Our Season began November 6th and we did not have the advertised product. High dollar sponsors were NOT happy we could not meet our commitment. We did not receive the product until after Thanksgiving! Today is Dec 19th and we are still waiting on the last three pop up banners to be delivered. We even paid the last three by credit card to "expedite" the process. That was more than 3 weeks ago. We have had to extend our sponsor program into next season costing our team revenue and damaging our reputation. I would highly recommend you find a different distributor. I understand about the extra time for art, but we are three months out and still do not have all the product we were promised.

I visited the store last week and was given an excellent price on a quality product. I am impressed with the carry bags that come with everything. The warehouse has everything but not every color is on display. If you take a look at the website first and know what you want they will have it at better prices.

I will nvr buy an EZ up product again. And this stored did the product no favors. For years Ive had a "cheap" walmart canopy. Maybe 5 yrs of continuous beach trips, baseball, softball and soccer games. Up and down. It was "cheap" which means the frame was light. And I was able to carry it around, set up and take down by myself. After a move where it was miss handled my husband pushed for a "quality" canopy. As much as I refused, he pushed for " you get what you pay for". So we got a basic canopy. First wknd of use, a slight breeze comes up and breaks one of its supports. I mean, it was a light breeze. My "cheap" canopy made it through storms! I go back to the store and boy, did I get a terrible customer svce. Just nickel and dime. "Our canopies are not meant for windy conditions" (where's the good quality if it can't take a slight gust of wind?!?) It was just like a huge favor they did to change the part. Honestly the damn thing is so heavy and takes 4 ppl to set up (same size as my cheap one) that I haven't used it since they fixed it. Until today. I figured we are home and we have ppl here to help. Bring it on. As a gust of wind blew, lifted one leg of the ground a cpl of inches - I told my friends the story. So they immediately helped me take it down. Well, we noticed the leg that was lifted 2/3 inches off the ground and hit back down was bent. I mean the wind wasn't even strong enough to lift 2 legs, but that smack back down bent the leg. I am done w EZ ups quality. I'd rather pay $65 dollars for something I can actually use, and if worse case scenario breaks (which I haven't had one break like this yet), it's cheaper to replace than this stupid canopy.

Location: Okay, Parking: Okay, Service: Okay, Military Discount: Yes, purchase product on site: yes, Confusing measurements: Yes, Overall: This was a first time visit and I was glad that the warehouse in not too far from where I live. They do have an area that shows current products and where you can get updated products for pieces that are worn or torn on your current pop-up. Now, here is where it gets weird. You would think a 10 x 10 would measure out correctly every time and that you would make and fit each top as such . Easy Peasy, not here. Depending on your model of 10 x 10, it could measure out at 118 inches or 120 inches. This can have an impact on how much you will struggle to get the top on. I did not k ow this when I arrived, but I took a 118 and left. When I did a measure, it was.... 119 inches. I will have to admit it did take a bit of struggle to get it on, but dam it, I would not be defeated. So for not having all the same 10 x 10 you get 3 stars...

Great experience here. We had the pleasure of working with Andrew. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for what we needed for our company EZ-up. He was patient with the hoops we needed to jump through for approval from the company and was ready to go when we had the green light. His communication was top notch and he kept me informed of the progress. He even helped out with some graphics snafus we ran into. The product was ready in less than three days and came out beautifully. Very happy with the product and service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! It’s impossible to get a hold of somebody they don’t make it priority to really help you as a customer. I’m sure their excuse is they’re too busy. Yeah the product might be good but the people on their customer service team really need to Get out of that field if they’re not gonna provide customer satisfaction!! I don’t understand but this makes me want to just buy a canopy from Walmart or Costco and not their brand I’ll settle for any other brand as long as I don’t have to deal with poor customer service. this place has really gone downhill in the past few years or so. Prices are getting more expensive and I don’t see no improvement when it comes to actual product. I think they’re running out of ideas and just slapping anything together and putting a logo on it to make it look cool. I personally know that management is poor and they do not take care of their people. It is unfair and a disgrace to the entire workforce that they take advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here to ezup!

Canopy itself is great. Customer service is another story. 4 days to get ahold of someone. They claim they are out of the black canopy tops but are selling the canopy bundle in black so they clearly have them.

Bought new wheeled bag and new canopy for 15 year old Easy-up they installed in 20 minutes, buy the heavy gage Easy-up you won't be disappointed

I have been buying canopies from them and everything was fine until one of the canopies had a faulty central mechanism. I have been calling about the warranty soon after this happened because I knew that I had a time limit but have been getting the run around and never a resolution and now "conveniently" after the warranty has expired there is no record of my calls. What a joke. Never buying from them again.
