Lousy customer service. Secured an suv for a planned vacation 2wks in advanced. Called to confirm reservation 4 days before pick up. Staff called us to tell us they couldn't find us a vehicle the day before our pick-up date and minutes before they closed, so we couldn't even work out another arrangement. Completely messed up and disappointed in their management. They have no sense of respect or planning. Now we are stuck having to call other locations and hope we can make our trip still work.

Signed up for a 1 week rental thru Xmas. Everything went well as planned. Service was beyond expectations. It's the no hassle place for renting a vehicle.

Luis and Anita are amazing and worked their butts off to make sure my experience has been as pleasurable as it can be every time I've utilized this location. Do not discount the entire team there though either. Everyone is very helpful and customer orientated. Thank you to this location for helping me with everything.

Enterprise eastvale ca I have great experience with the Enterprise Eastvale location. The staffs are very friendly, the manager she is so sweet and professional. Definitely coming back for more.

Looking for a three-year-old, Rent-A-Car that smells like cigarette, smoke, marijuana, or barf. This is the place for you. Good staff, friendly and helpful but inventory sucks.

The manager turned me away in person because he said I didn't have an applicable debit card.The funny part about this story, is I jumped on the phone with the Eastvale location and they had me come on down. They were very friendly and guess what... My debit card shockingly worked. The manager should further educate himself on "ABC" as well as knowing what a major debit/credit card is.

As a active duty veteran, I must admit Your Ms. Anita. Always go out to ensure that military personnel are taken care of. I have been in the Marines for over 24 years. I would love to have them on our team. Charles Shivers, Sgt Major. I am also a member of your rental team. Great job. Please post.

Enterprise customer service is horrible, empty promises and no follow up. They do not provide a valid e-mail address for concerns. Their chat feature times out and when you call, it sends you back to the same menu. Such an easy issue i have to resolve. I will advise many that this is not a good company to deal with. At least at this facility.
