Had been going here for quite some time and I always dealt with the wife who is very polite and accommodating. Then one day I walked in and had to deal with her husband, total opposite. Very rude and acts as if he is doing something special for you. Typical Asian male f"d up attitude. Needless to say that one experience with this jerk and I now take my business elsewhere. If you can't be polite you should seek another occupation where you don't have to deal with the public you moron.

My part of this review is really about being the one to pickup and drop off clothes for my friend. I went in there the first time to drop off some clothes for dry cleaning and pick up others. The guy working didn't know me, of course. I started looking up my friends phone number to look up her account when the guy recognized her clothes! He remembered her name and all just by seeing what I was bringing in. Which brings me to some of the real information you might want. They do the dry cleaning on site. I don't know if they offer alterations or not. I have returned a few more times and most of the time they know just who I am picking up for. Great service. I understand that most of the review about quality is second hand from my friend because she is the one who keeps going back. That says something about their consistency and quality.

Love this place. I only bring my dry cleaning here because it is quick and easy. The staff are always friendly and greet you when you walk in. Have been coming here for several years now and I have no complaints

that’s first time I work with that shop and they never never confirm with me I left suit and they closed and they never tell me about it the man the one he is work in that shop he told me you can pick up any time after 3:00pm and my invite tomorrow and I told hem about it he closed and he never call me before closed . I had no idea about what time they close . Very very bad service they have my number is must to be the have to confirm with the customer before they closed . I never never work with that’s shop and I want give them zero star ??

Last rate cleaners!I took a comforter in that my dogs had got on. They didn't clean it and when I told them I wasn't satisfied and pointed out why, they told me it would be two weeks before I would get it back. When I came in I found it wadded up on the floor next to the door.

I drive from Jurupa Valley all the way to First Class Cleaners. They do a perfect job each and every time. I am there about 2-3 times a week and it's absolutely worth the drive. Our clothes is handled expertly every time. Rocio and everyone that works there is an absolute pleasure to deal with

I loved this dry cleaners and have been taking my clothes there for more than 7 years. One day without notice at all, the owner made the brilliant decision to charge $1 extra for medium starch on the laundry shirts. Not .25 cents or even .50 cents but $1 on every dress shirt. They must think I'm a fool but I worked in the dry cleaning business before and the "extra work" they claim they have to do is BS. My dry cleaning bill exceeds $100 per month and every dry cleaners I questioned told me they do not charge extra for medium starch. Guess they don't want my business after all these years. The work is good but after 7 years they never once called me by my name or even act like they recognize me when I walked in the door. Maybe the extra $1 will be used to invest in personalities.

They lost my suit jacket and lied about it and said I brought the wrong one in. Than said I didn't bring one in but charged it that way to apply a discount. The owner even went so far to write my initials inside the pocket, lol. I've been coming her for 2 years every week and they rather not admit wrong and help pay half the cost of a $260 suit. Unbelievable! There is one in the same shopping center, go there. They are very nice and attentive and will go the extra mile for you.
