Y'all don't trust these people . They're a bunch of Pinocchio's. Had the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They're liars . I had 7 Days to return my play station for a refund I went in there to do so. It was Day 7 they straight up lied saying "you had to be here before 3pm (PT) " nowhere on the receipt does it say that. The employee then said "my system won't let me accept it , you're going to have to call customer service and go to a different store. " (The Manager Lady) was agreeing with him even said "OooOo 7th Day yeah has to be , before 3pm we go by eastern time" I call customer service & they let me know they were lying to me me. They could accept the return. I go back in there to let them know the lady looked like she saw a ghost the big dude didn't know what to say either he was just stuck. After choking on the B.S. they tried to feed me she then said "Ooohhh babe I thought you said it was the 8th day , yeah we can do it I thought he said it was your 8th trying to return it " I couldn't believe she was still trying to lie to my face. He also gave me a lot of attitude because he had to do his job. I wish there was a real manager around. They act like it's coming out of their personal pocket. Unless y'all want a headache don't come here. I didn't even want to give 1 Star. It's by force.

Placed an order online, didn't realize tax is not included in Free Shipping calculations so it came up $0.03 short due to prices on 3 items ending in $x.99, so tried to call Customer Service to see if they'd either honor it or add a Protection Plan to put the total over the threshold. Calling 6min after they opened, I got a prerecorded message saying wait times were over 60min and to try calling tomorrow, then it hung up on me. For shame, GameStop, for shame...

the xbox i got from here is hacked by creepy weirdos. the employees and customers stood by when a child was verbally abused. i called the cops on that abusive old person

The Corona, Ca store is horrible. The manager is a disgrace. I purchased a game with my pro account. I didn’t have the receipt. Manager immediately tried to deny the return without even hearing the full situation, and walked away. When it was clear I wasn’t going to leave after his rude behavior, the employees tried to help me. Of course the store couldn’t figure out how to call customer service and I left. Avoid this store. Avoid this manager.

I was going to get new headphones I got the protection plan for a year and then i asked if they had any in stock they said no so they showed me other choices they asked if your not interested in any we can deliver she said free shipping and they were really nice and organized good service definitely coming here next time
