I swung by Hemborg Ford after having lunch with a buddy of mine in Norco because I saw they had my dream truck sitting out front on display. I’ve been looking for a Ram Power Wagon in Forest Green for a long time and was never able to find one in person. What I really liked when I first pulled onto the lot was that there were no salesman hovering outside just waiting to swoop in on the first person to drive onto the lot like vultures. I was able to get my daughter out of the car and make my way over to the truck and even look inside it for a few minutes before being approached by Trey. After a short conversation, I asked if I could get the key to check it out.
Trey left and Obi came back with the key to the truck. He explained that Trey asked him to show me the truck because he was one of the used car salesman. This really impressed me because it went to show that they are not a cutthroat dealership and the salesman have no problem passing a sale off to one another depending on who knows the vehicle best. After poking around in the truck and taking it for a test drive, it was everything I thought it would be. Knowing my credit was not in a good spot due to a failed business venture I told Obi there is no way he would be able to get me qualified for the loan. After working with Frank, one of the financial advisors, I was blown away when they were able to make it worked for me. They gave me absolute top dollar for my trade-in and made the whole experience, quick and pleasurable. Everybody was very attentive and welcoming. I felt no pressure at all and it was a very family friendly environment. I will definitely be going back for all my maintenance and the next time I need to look for a vehicle.

Customer service was great but needing a new transmission at 68k miles and costing $9k, is very disheartening and lowers my trust in Ford products.
