“I am very happy and impressed with customer service at Water Creation. It seems to be a rare thing anymore to be able to get someone to even respond when there's an issue with a product. Not only did they respond, but did so in an extremely quick time frame, even on weekends and after business hours- but also worked to resolve the issue I was having. I was able to get the new parts I needed, even though the faucet wasn't ordered through them. I had a very good experience with them!”

“Went for vegetable plants. They had a good variety, but the plants were so wilted. It was a really hot day but they should have kept the plants sprayed or misted. I didn't buy the wilted plants as I did not think they would survive a transplant. I will go another day and see if they brought more plants in. They also had some fruit trees, the fig tree looked really good!!”

WALTER" this gentleman was so so helpful he did not only help my husband find what he need it but he literally helped us load wood, drywall into the cart, but if that was not enough he helped us load everything up in our truck, with a smile, "MR. WALTER " literally needs to be recognized for the amazing work he does and the amazing costumer service he provides, to the home depot customers. So if you are at the home depot in Ontario and need help from a real employee ask for " MR. WALTER" am sure he will be very helpful and he actually knows how to help a customer..
