“Excellent Customer Service can transform doing business with an outstanding company into an exceptional experience with a fantastic, best in class, organization. The Customer Service team at Water Creations not only helped my solve my issue but went out of their way to resolve it in less than twenty four hours. My original inquiry text was answered almost immediately with a solution and full plan to replace the warranteed part. Then I got a personal phone call (not a recording - not an AI chat - a real person) detailing how and when the part would be shipped. All companies should take a lesson from Water Creation's business practices and follow their example of how to treat their customers. Bravo!”

“I started DIYing around the house and I couldn’t have a better Home Depot team near me. Danny in the self checkout is amazing. Del is the best when it comes to helping me find parts and coming up with options to do my projects. Evan in returns is very knowledgeable and patient when I inquire about products! Alex and Chris In the paint department are great too. Can’t forget Michael as well! I’d like to thank all of you for making every experience there memorable and I appreciate all of your amazing Customer Service.”

“This is a Home Depot’s, Home Depot. It is stocked. It’s professional and everyone here is doing something. It’s out of the way for me, and I’m talking about myself here. I go pick up my material. I got my little dog. Everyone loves her. This isn’t that kind of store. This is where the actual contractors go. If you as a person thought. I want to build a deck. I have no clue how. I promise if you stood in deck screws or treated lumber sections and asked anyone. Literally anyone walking by, man women or child. Employee. 50 year old. 19 year old. Tha will be able to help you in some way. If I found out this is one of the higher volume locations I would t be surprised. All the employees I over heard talking knew what they were talking about and what the stuff in their location was for and how to use it. When I called to double check they were quick to help. Incredible store. While it’s not my local stop, I have no problem driving the extra 20 minutes to this location.”

“I love shopping at Lowe's! I saw some good deals online and wanted to buy it instead of waiting for the shipping. I apply for Lowe's credit card and git an additional 20% off toward my wmtire purchases. By the way, Lowe's also price match Home Depo's price.”

“I wouldn't mind shopping here again. Although sometimes it is beyond hard to find help from an employee as either they don't have any on the floor always busy . I suggest that you look up the item You're looking for and you can go on their site and look up It's location and the aisle number.”
