We had an emergency where our dog was attacked by 2 dogs and she was torn up pretty bad. This hospital did an excellent job, taking her in right away and stitched her back up. I'm so grateful for Norco Animal Hospital and the excellent vets and staff who took care of our sweet girl. She's got a long road of healing, but she looks better every day.

I appreciate honesty especially when it is time to make the hardest decision for your fur baby. They could have easily gave me false hope to run tests and diagnosis when prognosis would have been the same, slim to no chance of recovery. I went in thinking my little man just had an infection and it could clear up with antibiotics, but to hear that he was very sick when he was just jumping around and playing three days prior.....I was taking by surprise. But, even with a second opinion before euthanization, I felt confident that I made the best decision my baby.I chose to have him cremated and his remains were ready to come home in about a week.Prices are reasonable, the staff is very supportive and gentle.I was referred to this place by sister, who was referred to by her coworker.I have a dog, she's 12 and a cat who is 11 living. When it is time to lay them to rest, I am 1000% sure to return here again. And if I ever have room in my heart to have more pets, this will be my veterinary of choice.I like to thank the doctors and support staff for everything. You are amazing.

Since being changed to a corporate vet, feels like it has lost some it’s personal and intimate charm. But the quality and immediate attention of care has improved.

This is our go-to for veterinarian services. Yes, they're a little more expensive. Yes, we don't always see the same vet everytime. But they almost always manage to have an available appointment which has prevented a couple ER visits... have you seen the bill from an emergency vet visit?

This vet is incompetent. Don’t go here they will take your money and not diagnose your pet accurately. Our primary vet and other vets at this location continued to take our money ($10,000 over 6 months) and miss a diagnosis of struvite bladder stones in my dog, which was clearly on multiple urinalysis testing. This was clearly shown on his testing when another more experienced vet reviewed. This was a simple fix of a diet change. Also we paid for a urinalysis and we never received the result when we moved out of state despite multiple calls and bills paid in full. They also performed surgery unnecessarily and still charged us a high amount. Anesthesia was provided unnecessarily when they decided to do a joint tap instead, this could have been done under sedation only, but we were charged for everything including their miss steps and misdiagnoses. He was later diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which was treated, however my dog had many side effects with an expensive medication and we later were switched to a more effective cheaper medication that is typically used as a first line treatment. It just didn’t make sense for us to be prescribed an expensive medication at first when a cheaper one worked. The primary vet also wouldn’t contact us at times when we left multiple messages to be called back during regular business hours and no other vet would be available to answer questions or review results. Overall, this was a terrible experience and this business continued to take our money without accurately interpreting simple lab results. This happened because our primary vet was inexperienced, this is a high volume clinic with long wait times and call hold times. We also dealt with dismissive and passive aggressive vet techs.

My 15-year-old wiener dog started to get sick and it look like she wasn’t going to make it so I had to find a vet who could do a quality of life check and possibly put her down for a single person low wage income. I called multiple places and this facility said that they would only charge me $241 for bloodwork, the exam and then putting her down. And if I wanted to pay additional $180 to have her cremated which I did. However, the total bill came out to being over $700 and I’m not even sure why. I was so distraught after losing my dog, and happy her pain was gone that I just let it slide but now Im back for my other dog for teeth work because my original vet (Dr.Butchko) is impossible to see since he doesn’t do appts and seeing that a lot of people get overcharged at this place, it makes me nervous because I already felt like I was overcharged. Already they don’t wanna do extractions the same day as the visit even though their blood test only takes 20 mins. So once I’m done paying for this appointment, and after I pay for the follow up appointment to get the extractions, we will see how much this visit comes out to.Update: quoted $2300 for dental work. Going somewhere else.

I recently saw Dr Smith at Norco Animal Hospital. I really liked him and the way he treated me and my dog. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed concern for my dog's issues without being judgmental or overly pushy about what treatment I should have done. I feel very comfortable going forward with his treatment plan. I am very happy I chose this facility to take my pet to for care.

They were very kind and accommodating to my whole family. There were 7 of us with our dog and they gave us plenty of room and plenty of time to handle our emotions.

I would not recommend this place. They will try anything to charge you for a 67 exam visit. Which all they do is see how much your pet weighs.

We use to go to Atlas but the customer service there is incomparable here. We love Norco animal hospital. They know my dogs name, they answer all my questions in a way I can understand, and few times we had emergencies they saw us that same day.
