Maybe train your team on how to identify the validity of currency without using a machine to it for you. And remind your employees NOT to accuse your customers of trying to pass off Counterfeit Currency if your machine may be faulty. Oh... and fix your air compressor.

Rude! Was going there on a regular basis, but if you are going to be insulting then I can take my business elsewhere. Surprisingly I was insulted by the friendliest cashier there; most of the other cashiers act like you are imposing on their day. If I can find the owner's name and contact information, I will file a formal complaint.

At that gas station they steal, they act stupid, the pump doesn't work and they steal your money or the card doesn't work to scam people, mainly an Indian or Arab woman who works there.

The most over priced gas, probably the worst drive through car wash I've ever been through. $15 and half the cleaning nozzles don't work... Employees are great, car wash is a rip off!

I stopped into the Loop today and I was greeted with a big welcome. It is hard to find good customer service but Josh displayed it. Thank you Josh for your great attitude. You were very warm and friendly. The facility was very clean. Thank you for your service.

This place always has what I need from an ice cold fountain drink to tasty hot snacks. Veda and Josh are also a welcome sight when I walk in...always polite, attentive, and always willing to help. It's nice to go places where they actually care about their customers and Veda and Josh are all about that! Great job you two !!! Keep it up!

Card readers on the pumps do not work or are not maintained. I went to three different pumps today. Had to go inside and my card worked just fine. More so, the price is 20 cents higher a gallon than elsewhere. Not a fan of having to wait in line to buy overpriced gas and then get an employee who is not helpful. I'll trade elsewhere from now on.

In my recent visit, I have been victimized by debit card transactions fraud at pump#4 at this gas station. There is something fishy at this location of Shell. I do not recommend this Shell location to anyone.

Regularly the pumps never work and then you have to go pay inside to be greeted by a dark haired g00k who h*tes her life and rudely lets others go before you then when its your turn to then tell you the other cashier can help you as she takes someone else instead.

I hate posting negative stuff but I honestly think this should be addressed, multiple times I have stopped into the Loop and found that the homemade tea was either improperly labeled or the unsweetened tea ended up being sweetened,mistake can happen , but then it happened again,and then another time the lids were not even on them, allowing one to throw anything in them, in this day and age that's dangerous,and the people who work the morning alway seem to out of it.... Or with headphones in one ear, I MISS THE FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT IT USE TO HAVE!

The LOOP use to be a friendly place to grab snacks and the people there were friendly,I don't know what happened be the place is terrible all these people there have zero personality and act like they still sleeping,and I guess the guy with the beard is the manager,he needs a personality so I prefer to do all my shopping at 711

i don't know what has happened to this friendly establishment. once i went there, some lady was working wearing a fur like thing. nasty fur flying everywhere. So dont get coffee from here unless you want hair balls. The only real employee left there Is Julian. if hes not there i wont stop.
