This Norco Staples is a great store - the associates are willing to walk you to the product, the business center is fabulous with printing and folding flyers for our non-profit, and the checkout is easy with friendly staff at the counters.

Went in to copy and fax some important paperwork when I felt lost, a young lady named Nydia was very courteous and helpful to me. She helped me and showed me how to copy and fax my paperwork and took the initiative and was very proactive. I hate doing paperwork and rarely have to copy or fax anything since I usually mostly use email but next time I need this service I will definitely be coming back here because the service was top notch.

Jan,12,2024,Friday, I went today to print Business card and the lady her name is Mariana it’s been many hours trying to print the business card she keeps changing computer to computer and between she told me to wait and helping other customers.This is very rude and unacceptable customer service.She needs to train more.

The team member Alexis was great over the phone. She answered the call in a very professional way and the sound of her voice seemed as if she was smiling on the other end. She was very helpful in guiding me to the website to help place my order . She actually stayed on the phone to help me. I was in a rush and couldn't quite navigate through the process. Thank you Alexis for going above and beyond.....Great customer service skills
