Not a big fan of leaving negative reviews but we did a registry here because they promise a nice gift basket!Well, we went through making the registry and came to get the bag and were told by a really impatient and angry-looking woman that they didn't do that. So, to be honest, I feel a bit betrayed. This feels like a bamboozle, and I just don't know what other power I have besides being able to leave this review, so other people don't get misled in the same way.Otherwise, the store is generally disorganized, but this was the thing that clenched my wanting to leave a review. I did find another, friendlier worker who said they haven't seen the gift bags in months. Feels dishonest.

This Target is a sold gift card with no value!On Christmas Eve, I purchased a $50 Starbucks gift card, but it isn't working. When I visited this store again and asked for help from customer service, a man staff let me call Starbucks... The customer service is totally bullshit! This Target sold me the $50 trash gift card.

Bought a target gift card here, I put in a birthday card and gave to a friend and it turned out to be a scam and the card had $0 balance. I went to the same store to return the card- they don't have anything to do with the card anymore and I have to call a number and file a claim. I called twice and emailed pics of my receipts and the fake gift card, its going on 2 months now and I haven't gotten a response or refund. They'll sell you the gift cards but if it's a scam they're not responsible.

This is by far one of the dirtiest targets that I've been clothes laying around everywhere empty boxes and pallets on the floor it seems that zoning doesn't exist because every asile that I walked through was a disaster. Management really needs to step up with the team and out their foot down because this does not bring guest into their store. Everything was all over the place so I couldn't figure out the price of something until checkout. There is no employee out in the floor I only saw the tech guy and the cashiers. Really embarrassing target and the target management team for not doing something about it.

Store is filthy! Clothes all over the floors, shoved at the bottom of display stands, over stocked on rounders, etc. in clothing departments. Dressing rooms are a mess. Employees near dressing room standing around complaining about their job and using profanity with no care that customers are in ear shot of their conversation. Floors are dirty throughout the store, stocking carts left in isles with no associate in sight. Customer service area is almost always a disaster. Doubtful this review will have any effect on positive changes happening as I have done surveys and nothing has changed. In my opinion the store is under staffed and the conditions are overwhelming for the staff they do have.

I've never seen this store so messy. Does no one work there? Clothes and shoes on the floor, stationery strewn on the floors, broken items on the shelves, old, half drank Starbucks drinks left on the shelves.....just disgusting all around. Im ashamed that the neighborhood i live in would not demand better from this corporate behemoth. They have enough money to sponsor special projects but will not spend money to make their stores look even half acceptable? We Norconians deserve better!

Great selection but every time it's time to checkout - there's always lines and only 1-2 workers at checkout and now the self checkout "doesn't work" I hate even going to this target!

Came in today right at opening to get a few baby shower gifts. Can I just say Target you can do better. The whole store had trash lying around in different areas. An empty Celsius in the kids section. Clothes not folded and and the floor. I got there right at 8am. I believe there should be a crew of people to clean up right? Very disappointed in this locations cleanliness. I found my items and left purchase and left.

Return policy on games is trash. Games was still sealed in original packaging. Return policy needs to be revised on games.

If your going to close the self checkouts do to "theft". Then create a 10 items or less line and hire more cashiers! I won't go to target any longer

I came in on 8/11/23 around 9 am and I just want to shout out the two young ladies working the starbucks counter they handle themselves so well with the rude lady they had to deal with . Keep up the good work you ladies where amazing

Just in housewares found tons of items where sale prices were more than regular prices. Some items were a $10 less at regular price than sale price. Target should be ashamed, we found examples all over the store of regular prices being less than their famous target red tag sale sticker.We found so many we stopped taking pictures. Guess a sale is only a sale here when you jack up regular prices. Target should do bettet
