drive up strikes again We've gotten visibly rotten food picked for us, missing items, random items thrown in our order, but today was a first when we got home and saw a charging pad I purchased (drive up) was left inside the security box. Wasn't convenient for me to go back to the store then so I called guest services to talk to someone, and no joke 6 different times someone literally picked up the phone and then left it off the hook and I could hear entire transactions with other customers happening in my ear. 6 times they did this and a couple times just picked up then hung back up. By that time I was def calling back outta spite lol I finally got a hold of someone from electronics I think and let them know what happened. A young guy responds "Bruh! No way!" Called me bruh and then laughed that someone left the security box on my order. I'm a very patient person but be so for real, i'm a customer not this guy's homie and I really wasn't laughing like he was after having to waste my time calling/going back to the store. The whole experience today was annoying/disappointing and needless to say there was no real apology for a careless mistake on their end. Just an unrelated side note too, the bathrooms here are always in *shambles* lol good luck

This is my Target, close to home. Customer service is great and everything. Always people working hard and very helpful. I also order stuff for car pick up and so far had great experience all around.

Donna was phenemonenal at the self-checkout area. My family and I have been going to Target for years and years, but she was the first person ever who told us about scanning the second barcode on gift card instead of manually putting in the access code. She noticed me first and gently came over to give me this info. The info was obviously helpful, but it's the way she treated me (with respect and genuine caring) that touched me. I hope she gets recognized by her colleagues and supervisors.

If the checkers go any slower, they will go backwards. One person ahead of me today with no more than 10 items. The clerk had to ask how they like certain items. Stopping scanning. I refuse to use self checkout, this might change my mind.

I literally called every single department that this target has to offer on the phone directory and not a single person answered. Not "guest services" nor "HR" this is utterly ridiculous and disappointing. The worst part of all this is that I have applied to work here multiple times and have been denied because they aren't hiring for that position. Those positions include cashier(which is always needed), guest services, electronics, and asset protection. This is what it has come to, not actively seeking employees while simultaneously saying they are low staff.

I must say, this morning in the toy department was utterly disgusting and disappointing mess. Doesn't anybody zone anymore. Before 2019, Target always had a beautiful well zoned Toy department, but after 2019 and now in 2023, it looks as if nobody works, zones or maintains the department. I used to work for the company 25 years ago, (Valencia, Grenada Hills and Northridge) and never was it looking like this 3 months after Christmas. It's not only this Target, but several I have visited looked like a storm came through and destroyed the place. Target needs to get several team members not only zone, but check under every shelf from Toys, Sporting Goods, Automotive for hidden merchandise, because I'm always finding stuff. I have spoken to CSM'S, Team Members, Supervisors, Security about this issue at all stores nationwide, and I even wrote a letter to corporate that hopefully reaches the CEO, that this company needs to invest and implement new shelving systems or use plugs or zip ties, to lock the shelves down, preventing them to be lifted to hide stuff. I have found so much stuff and even theft. Target needs to do a better job with their merchandise, especially in toys. Zoning was the number one priority at the 4 stores I worked at, and customer service.

Awful customer service, I have been in search for the dinosaur Easter basket for my son, called 5x to this location one call was hung up! According to the app they had some available, I make the drive over from Nuevo just to be told none were available. So maybe…. Make more time to answer customers calls to avoid the waste of time???
