Had an unpleasant experience today with an employee. Not sure of his name because he would not tell me when I asked him for it but he was an older white male with a beard, hat and sunglasses. I had a mobile order and went inside to inquire about where to pick it up, I was instructed to go to the outside gate and I did so. The man finally opened the gate after about 5-10 minutes of me waiting there and he looked upset and asked me for the last name for the order without saying anything else. He said that he didn’t see my order and asked what I ordered. I told him what I ordered and he said that I needed to go inside to pick it up and I told him that I had and he told me that it was wrong and needed to go back inside. All said with attitude. Luckily he called someone and they were able to bring it to me.

Attention Delivery Driver's, for this location is a tight maneuver to get to the tractor supply ramp. Inexperienced Driver's just be aware of the property fence.

I went to Tractor Supply to purchase some new work boots and gloves, and I’m so glad I did. The store staff was incredibly accommodating, helping me find the right pair of boots in no time. The quality of the boots exceeded my expectations, offering both comfort and durability. The pricing was competitive, making it a great deal.

Ordered online and 3 hours layered had my safe! Got an amazing price and super fast delivery. Friendly delivery guy, very knowledgeable, name was Mike, helped set it up and showed me how to open it. Appreciate the great service and will definitely recommend and shop again!

Excellent option for dog vaccines, deworming medicine, and pet supplies at an affordable price in a convenient location. I've never had to wait in a long line or in line for long. Cashiers are friendly, store is clean, and great product selection. Thank you!

The store manager doesn’t help she just calls to the police and they order tow truck !

about a heavy duty metal rake $56.99. but it's only as strong as its weakest link. all the bolts are falling out of it, after only 2 minutes of use, raking leaves on flat dirt. gee thanks a lot now I got to go spend gas money to go back to your store. ?

The service I got was exceptional. from several employees & John. John was so helpful and patient to answer all our questions. Additionally, John even did me a huge favor to look for something I threw away in the large dumpster, He jumped in and found it. It is so refreshing to see customer service at its best. I highly recommend to give Tractor supply a 2nd chance if your first experience wasn't excellent. They really care. Huge thank you to John!
