By far the worst post office I’ve ever been to my entire life. I’m being forced to come here as the community mailboxes in my neighborhood have been “vandalized”, therefore all the mail is being forwarded to this location. The mail collection window is never open, i’ve been there three days consecutively during business hours; and it has not been open once despite having the hours of operation plastered on the door itself.
It does not matter the time of day, at any given moment the line can be as long as 20-40 people, with only one employee working at the desk. You will be waiting easily 45 minutes to an hour long to receive your mail or to send out a package. I understand that the people working the desk are just trying to do their job, and they have no control over how busy the place gets; but management should put more people on shift. Maybe it’s defunding, maybe budget cuts; who knows?

For some reason the postmaster sent my real ID back to Sacramento. Now I am out Fifty dollars to the DMV. I will probably never get the real ID after having to listen to all the B.S. about how easy it is to get it. 2 bureaucratic juggernauts to contend with the DMV and the post office. They will just point the finger at each other and I won't get any good answers or results.

I had to go to the post office three times for nothing, completely disregarding customers' time. The man with glasses was particularly unhelpful. We walked in the first time around 3 PM, but the bald guy refused to assist us even though he was available. During our second visit, he didn’t remind my son and me that we were in the wrong line. When we finally switched to the correct line, he told us we would have to wait an additional two hours. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The service at the post office is terrible.
Come on USPS, please make sure you provide excellent service and have more staff to service the counter. It's barely 8:28 am and there are about 30 people in line and only one agent to help.

First time visiting a post office in a while, and it was a bit chaotic. This location is the closest to me, but still a 15-minute drive. The parking lot was hectic, and inside there was already a long line when I arrived around 9:30 AM. Eventually, another staff member came out, but it didn’t noticeably speed things up.
I was mailing time-sensitive letters that needed to be postmarked today, but the signage was conflicting — the mailbox said 5:00 PM pickup, while the wall listed both 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Not exactly reassuring when timing matters.
Overall, if you need service here, be prepared to wait and deal with a little confusion.

This is a NEXT-LEVEL USPS office.
The disregard for service, lack of empathy, and the general attitude to serve is impeccable! 👏
Additionally, I have personally had 7 packages lost when mailed out from here.

I went in to get a passport for my mom (without an appointment), the agent attending the passport desk was on point! She was helping customers all while answering other customer questions about documents required for a passport. Taking pictures and completing documentation. Talk about multitasking, and she still had time to interact with the customers in a very agreeable tone. I wish I knew her name but she was the person attending Passport desk 01/14/2025 in the morning. Thank you she made our hectic morning gathering paperwork so much better!
