Initially I set up to lease a bed from this location, I ended up getting denied. I then set up to lease a couch and got approved (similar price and payment so not sure what that was about).
-Took about a week for them to set up a delivery date, they then set it up for Memorial Day (I also didn’t realize it was a holiday so it’s not a biggie just goes to show a pattern).
-I got a call the Thursday before Memorial Day to switch the delivery date to the next day.
-I got a call the day of confirming my delivery of 11a-3p and asked if I would be home — I said yes.
-3:05p comes and I get a call, from who I’m assuming is the delivery person, saying they’ll be an hour late. It is now 5:33p and the couch has not been delivered nor has there been any communication. Clearly there is no checks and balances going on and I have dealt with an incredibly unprofessional store because there was no resolution.
I just canceled the order and still have a lease/pending delivery on my account that I have reached out to customer support to remove. All around, not happy and will not recommend. It’s a shame because they have a decent selection of items. Rent a center it is, I guess.

If there were zero stars to give, this place has earned it! Completely disappointed in the lack of humanistic care and customer service. The employees must be so comfortable with their positions that seem to be ok with being disrespectful. Poor management, misleading and dishonest when it comes to rectifying a mistake. Better off going to the good will, this place should be ashamed of themselves.

would give ZERO stars if possible. EXTREMELY RUDE and irresponsible. Called 2 almost 3 weeks to schedule pick up due to moving out of town, Pick up was scheduled and now today 2 days before moving out to town they state I never called proceeded to insult me, call me irresponsible and proceeded to say I will be sent to collections because they will not come pick up my couches. hanged up on me and refused to let me speak to manager.

Be aware this place is not concerned with anything except sales, and money. I have a washer/dryer set that im way overpaying for because i dont have good credit, fair enough I suppose. But, I miss a payment and ask for a week extension, they tell me they need half..after i explain its christmas time and all i have is 50 bucks they explain that will do. Real nice, take every last dollar I have right before Christmas. Even when i told them I get paid the day after and Id be happy to make up for it, wasnt good enough. Beware, they dont care about anything in your life except for that money.

If I could I would give a negative ZERO Star to the jerk GM Sam, I have never encountered someone as unprofessional and RUDE as this Dude only cares about his pockets customer's mean nothing to this guy. He talked crazy to wrong person when I finish filing complaints against this unprofessional jerk, SAM at the Madison Store get ready Sir I'm going full force on you.

Monica Zapata at this location has been absolutely a blessing to work with! This was my first time dealing with Aaron’s and honestly after reading the reviews for this location I was so worried I’d have trouble but the complete opposite happened. Monica was very kind, and her customer service is top tier! After not being able to order extra chairs online or in store, she figured out the issue the very next day. She even called me before I could check back in with her to inform me of the great news! She has made me feel at ease about this process and extremely happy about my purchase. I highly recommend asking for her at this location you won’t be disappointed!!

The poorest customer service that i've ever encountered. For starters, let's begin with the girl who answers the phone - Jerry, or however you'd like to spell it. Constantly has the most unprofessional attitude, I cannot count on my hands how many times i've had to call & she's responded with an attitude, or simply just hung up in my face resulting into having to complain to aaron's regional manager. The entire transition with this store has been a zero star experience, from damaged items, to promising deliveries yet never showing up, being routed to call back + then being hung up on, etc. the overall lack of communication between the store is not worth the hassle. I'd highly recommend shopping elsewhere where you are going to be valued and overall treated with respect.

I love my new sectional I got through Aaron's, but at delivery, I noticed the back of the chaise piece was broken. I called the store to report it and the manager said their repair man would call me. That never happened.

Ordered washer and dryer on June 1st and said it would be here 5-7 days since it was being shipped from warehouse. Waited and waited for a whole week after the 7 day mark for their call to set up a delivery date and never received one so I called on the 15th of June (being nice thinking they were backed up) asking for the status of my order and they tried telling me that they called me 4 times and I never answered "so they sold my merchandise and cancelled my order." I have NEVER received any calls or voicemails from them nor did I ever receive an email stating they cancelled my order and when I log into my account it still says "pending delivery" so I'm assuming they sold it before they can even deliver and are just trying to cover their ass they tried telling me that I have to pay again and that it'll be another 1-2 week wait. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Do not rent from this store
