People there don't know what they are doing, the bank has practically no customer service. I went to open a new checking account, and they did it online. About an hour later, I received an email saying I had to go to the bank again and show my ID. I have been a BofA customer for 40 years. I will now close all of my accounts, BofA is useless now.

The worst bank I ever had to deal with in my life. Also, worst customer service. Very unprofessional and untrained staff. I went in person to make a deposit. I had a check to deposit and $10. They provided me with the receipt for $10 deposited, but there was no mention of the deposited check amount. I asked for a separate receipt, and the teller did not want to print it for me, stating that it would take a day or so before it would appear on my account, so I had to trust her. I still insisted on having a copy of my transactions, and I am glad I did it because the next day, the deposited check showed up on my account, but the $10 did not. I called the 800 phone line, and they could not help. They stated I had to call the branch phone number. I called the branch phone number, and no one ever answered that phone. So, now I am planning to make a trip to this horrible place again to ask them to fix the problem. Nightmare experience! Stay away from Bank of America, especially this branch.

Empty office, cannot answer a question regarding loan rate for a car, need to have an appointment. Went to another location and question was answered without a problem. Just close the location at this point.

Came in for a wire transfer . They messed up and made it an ach transfer . Tons of people waiting inside my advice take your money and run do not go in here

I will never visit this Bank of America again. The ATMs were down, and they still only allowed a handful of customers in the building at a time. They are still pushing covid-19 protocols on their customers. I normally use a different location and I will continue.

typical wait over 15 minutes and they make you line up outside. so lame. to follow up on their response...so what they are saying is that they dont really care about their customers. the explanation of "use the atm or mobile banking" just shows how out of touch they are with reality. i will most likely find another institution...

I went in today to try and get a little clarity on a mortgage with them. The lady in the cubicle basically would only say, "I am only taking people with appointments today." She was the only person other than the security guard outside the glass. I am glad that I don't do business with them, and will be closing out any business that my parents do with them. They have been rude on the phone to my parents, and they are rude in person.

Came in with mobile banking issue and need to fix a mistake on the account that was made at another location. Priya was friendly and quick to help, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Always a pleasure to meet people with abundant knowledge in their field of expertise. Priya is also a business relations specialist and I’ll be making an appointment with her for any business related needs. Very thorough and professional!Tip: This financial center gets busy with a line out of the door. If you need to see someone OTHER than a teller, notify the security guard at the entrance, and you may be able to walk right in.

This place is a absolute joke! From the management to the employees!! Don't go to this bank unless you have a lot of time on your hands, I guess customers service doesn't exist anymore in this world. This branch needs a new management team they are absolutely upside down. I waited 2hrs to do a simple Wire Transfer that takes literally 10 minutes to do, seen the banker just sitting in her cubicle playing on her computer for 20 minutes. She could have helped us in that time but decided not to give 2 Fs . This place needs HELP get a manager in this branch that cares about the customers and knows how to manage there staff and help the customer!

This bank is terrible!!! I have been a business customer here for several years. I just had to wait 30 min in line only to find out there are 2 tellers working. If you look at the other reviews it seems like this is the norm. I dont normally write negative reviews but it seems like Bank of America does not value thier customers because actions speek louder than words. I will be switching banks.

Literally a line out the door at any given time. They open at 10 am, it's currently 10:10 and they're are not open. There were people lining up at 9:20 this morning. I just wanted to make a notary appointment online but it would not allow me to. Now I'm waiting in line just to make an appointment because nobody will pick up the phone.
