I was moving out of the area to Florida and took my 1969 Camaro Pace Car to another shop for an intake manifold leak and front main seal oil leak. The other shops repairs were not good and they delivered it on the day I was supposed to leave driving 3000+ miles.ET Muscle Cars (Ernie) took on the job and made the repairs in a very short period of time enabling me to confidently get on the road. ET Muscle Cars are true ROCK STARS in classic American car repair and restoration. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship was superb. Needless to say I had no issues going the 3000 mile road trip and I have put an additional 1000 plus miles after arriving in Florida. Thanks to Ernie and his staff at ET Muscle Cars.

Took my 69 Chevelle over to these guys for no start issues and Ernie had her running the same day he looked at it. He really knows his stuff. Excellent customer service and he even made time to chat about my goals for the car moving forward. I will only be going to him from now on. So good to know there are still good trustworthy shops and people out there!

I bought a 69 Camaro sight unseen and when it was delivered it had a running issue...or more accurately a stalling issue. I looked for a local muscle car repair shop and found ET Muscle Cars on Yelp with good reviews. It was not an easy fix as there were a few issues going on at the same time with the car, but the owner, Ernie was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done and he was determined to get all of the issues figured out. Overall great experience and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I normally shop around for better deal, but this was my first and last visit. I don’t care if I paid more or less, but I was absolutely happy with the results of the bumper repair. It’s like having a new bumper installed on my car.

I researched online for the best place to take my first generation Firebird. ET Muscle Cars had good ratings, so I dropped by to get a look. Once I talked to Ernie, I knew this was the place for me. They took their time and did quality work, not to mention top of the line workmanship. Ernie and his staff repeatedly went above and beyond with this project and it showed. Pricing was straight forward and if anything changed, I would receive a call to make sure I agreed to the work before it was done. Not only did my Firebird come out as promised, but it far exceeded my expectations! Excellent choice for any muscle car work!

My wife and I decided in 2013 to do an extensive restoration and modification of our 1968 Ford Mustang that was deteriorating day after day in our driveway. We checked several shops, but found the crew at ET Muscle Cars behaved like a family who enjoyed working on classic cars and that was the spirit we were looking for. Every area of the car was refurbished and or improved. Wiring, interior, finished trunk, gas tank and gas lines, MagnaFlow dual exhaust, Dakota digital dash, sound system, refurbished chrome, Borgeson Power Steering, Vintage Air Conditioning, 4 Wilwood disc brakes, body work / beautiful paint job, chromed engine, new radiator, sequential turn signals and dozens of other improvements. We set up a budget with Ernie and Liz and watched as the work proceeded. It took a few years as the shop works on twenty to thirty projects at the same time. It's not like going in and getting your brakes replaced at a typical car dealership. These cars take time, creativity and dedication to produce, essentially a piece of Americana. Our 1968 Mustang is a piece of art and ET Muscle Cars were the artists. Our car emerged in June of 2016 and has won several trophies in local car shows. We drive it several times a month and enjoy watching the "glowing" reactions of pedestrians and other drivers near us. We took it on ourselves to visit the shop several times each month to make payments and get updates as the work progressed. I was constantly amazed how Ernie addressed newly uncovered issues. He would educate us on the issue. He would offer several solutions at the different price ranges and let us make a decision. There never was pressure to select the most expensive fix. In fact, one time I was pushing for what I perceived as an improvement, which would have cost $5,000. Ernie calmly explained to us why that was not a good use of our money based on our stated intentions for the car. He essentially saved me from myself and because of that we were able to add air conditioning in our existing budget. I strongly endorse ET Muscle Cars under the leadership of Ernie and Liz Smith. Just be patient and understand restoring classic cars is a unique journey. Enjoy the ride knowing the job will be done right and priced fairly at ET Muscle Cars.
