Went to storage for first time in yearsWe lost the key. Carla was great. Cut our old lock off. Sold us a new one and got us all fixed up. You've got the right person in place. Thanks again Carla.

Honestly this place is great. It doesn't close super early like some storage places do. Fair price and the staff is always helpful and extremely friendly. Jarred and the other gentlemen working (will update when I get his name) sure do a excellent job making the place secure, and clean. Most impressively though while I was condensing my storage for about 4 hours today, both of them at separate times stopped by to give me a friendly hello and to make sure I was doing ok which was a welcome reprieve from this stressful move I'm having gearing up for to go to another state for work. They went out of their way today and I appreciate them for that immensely. While I was in the army I've had many storage units from a plethora of companies but by far this one has been the one to stand out amongst all the rest. Cheers!

Site Manager Jared is absolutely amazing! I've had some trouble with the billing in the past, but he's alwasy been so patient and always gone out of his way and above and beyond to help get everything taken care of. Its very rare to get someone who's that understanding and cares about the customer personally. ten-out-of-ten!

Customer service is very great and friendly Brandi got me into a unit really quick!! The first time I came the manager Jarred also got me in quick even when my other storage wasn’t big enough he got me a bigger one right away so I could move my things in the same day. I absolutely love ❤️ storing my things at Extra Space Storage they go over and above for their customers thank you !!
