I chose Morningside because I wanted a local to her campus florist without going through something like 1-800-flowers. I've ordered flowers many times and had experiences where what you order shows up looking completely different, and terrible. Morningside was a refreshing difference. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure the flowers were delivered on time, the bouquet was even more beautiful than the picture online. I had volunteered to do my niece’s wedding bouquets, but my niece wanted an European Hand tied bouquet. I’d never done one! I’m not a professional florist. They made it looks so easy on You Tube! Two hours before having to be at the wedding venue, I gave up my attempt at this type of bouquet and was having a panic attack because I couldn’t pull that type of bouquet together! I called Bartlett to see if they could help me. They told me to bring my flowers and they would put them together for me for a designer fee. I got there with flowers in hand, and within 30 minutes I was out the door with a stunning bouquet Jen put together for me!! They saved the day! Thank you so much!!”

Heart to Heart delivered the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen...no joke it was amazing... my wife loved it, I had the arrangement sent to a resturant for a surprise party... everything went perfect, Heart to Heart came through like a champ. “Lynda did a beautiful job for my dad’s memorial service. She took the time to get to know us, and got a feel for the type of service it would be. Her flowers set the tone for the service. On the day of, she delivered the flowers herself and placed them. The arrangements were gorgeous, with tropicals, Sakura, and other seasonal flowers which reflected my father’s life. Lynda went above and beyond for us, and we are so ever grateful for her contribution in making my father’s service so memorable.”

The delivery instructions were followed and the bouquet was delivered upon my sister returning home from the hospital. “I live out of town and wanted to send my sister flowers so I chose Madison Ave Florist. I'm older and had a little issue trying to order them online so I called and they were so nice and helpful. My sister loved her flowers and she sent me a pic and they were even prettier then the bouquet on their website! Plus the flowers and greenery were so fresh and beautiful! My sister even commented on that as well and said their quality was #1! I will definitely be ordering from them for all of my future needs and you should definitely give them a try! “I live in South Florida, but my daughter lives in Sacramento. She was injured in an unusual ground accident involving a Clydesdale horse, with three broken ribs and one partially collapsed lung. Tower was the nearest florist. It has very good reviews and I found out why. I called, having looked at the website and selecting five candidate arrangements. The Tower florist on the phone led me ( I'm zero knowledge re flowers ) thru the various choices, with comment re available flowers on hand etc and in a very few minutes led to a choice which, when delivered in a timely fashion, really made a not so hot feeling daughter cheer up. Prices for both flowers and delivery were a very good value, so the factors of quality product, excellent service and fair pricing are all there at Tower.”

“I called to order 100 roses for my long lost woman because I am soon to be her 100th man. I also was her 72nd but, we're not counting that on account of that was my wedding day to some other woman. When I called suddenly expecting everybody to drop what they were doing and get miss Piggy her roses immediately I was told no we don't have that call 1800 flowers. That makes sense, that was my cue to call 1-800 flowers... but instead I said "I am specifically trying to buy flowers and possibly a plant for someone who lives down the street from your shop. They pass it everyday." as if somehow they didn't already know I was looking to buy flowers, specifically, when I demanded 100 roses. And you said no sorry we don't have that and hung up on me. Can't really blame ya there, what should you have said... "Oh she passes by every day?? Well heck, why didn't ya say so?! We keep a secret stash of roses ready to go just in case we need them for someone that walks down the street that our business is located on!" I would have ordered something different for her whatever you had... but hindsight is 2020 and I would've hung up the phone on me too. I've also now realized ordering 100 roses from a local business is something to be done with advance notice, I just never ever ever ever bought flowers for any of the other womens so I'm just new to this stuff and my bad bye.”
