My taxes were done on March 1st of 2022, however they did not get submitted until March 14th of 2022, and if i would have not called and checked into why my refund was never sent, I would not have known this, I think it is very unfair, that I did my part and that my tax preparer did not do her job, now I have to wait another 21 days to hopefully to get my refund. I just wish that your agents would have taken the time to recheck and to submit my taxes, I have used your agency before, and it seems like every time I do end up with an issue. I don't think its fair that I have to pay for the job not being complete, I know this is not going to be taken seriously, how ever it did make me feel better getting this out of my head. I wish that in the future, if I do choose to used your services that my taxes will be done and submitted in a timely matter. Than you for letting me express my feelings, even thought NOTHING will be done about it. Have a nice day

You guys get it right the first time; you double check your work to make sure you put everything in correctly and I haven't had any issues with my taxes being accepted. You are awesome

I just love dyann she is amazing it was my first time filing with h&r block and dyann was absolutely amazing she got my taxes filed same day we are now just waiting on my return to be processed and I was able to get my advance and take care of my bills thank you dyann see you next year ?
