I only had a single tax return the lady that helped me was very fast she did the short form because I have no dependents it took her about 15 minutes and my taxes were done ... I called her for some help on another issue I had she was supposed to call me back but no return call.. but it took awhile but I figured it out... Very friendly and the office was neat and clean ... I did my taxes on one of the apps so I would get an idea on what I would get back and she got me about 380 dollars more than the app. ....said so I was very happy...

Very good service! I got my advance in no time and they were very helpful throughout my tax filing. Luckily I went there and learned a lot about credits that I don't.

The new management seems to be doing an amazing job. Very careful with your returns and they make sure you get the maximum $ refunds. I will be back next year for sure

Was seeing after only waiting for 15 minutes without an appointment which is impressive for this time of year. Dropped off my documents with wazhma. They finished the return within a day. It was a very convenient process all together I an very happy. Thanks

Hassle free tax prep here. They make it a nice and easy and I feel valued here. All comes down to customer service and they got that down!

I did my taxes on turbo tax last year and had to wait almost a year before I saw my refund. Never doing that again! It’s not worth the risk.

I went to a tax place down the street on Watt for years but they shut down after the pandemic. I was not looking forward to having to find another Tax professional but when I came to this liberty I felt relieved. They took such good care of me and make sure I got every penny back i overpaid. Thank you liberty!

While looking for places to file my taxes I came across this location and decided to give them a try after I met with the tax lady. She is super knowledgeable and has been filing taxes for years. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Just make sure to gather all your tax documents before coming in so you don’t have to keep coming back like I did. Lol. Thanks

The staff were very polite and friendly. I was there with my mom and sister and they gave us snacks and drinks. J and Wazhma is the one who personally assisted us and the time there was enjoyable unlike other tax places.
