The reason for the 5 stars is because we live here and love our neighbors. The park is not in a good area unfortunately, but the management company is good...so far. We feel relatively safe.

Great location, super friendly staff. Pool and dog park look great. We have not stayed here yet but are hoping to if we move to Sacramento later this summer.
