“Rite Aid was the only local pharmacy that had a particular medication I needed. Hadn't noticed this location until now but I was happy they had the medication. When I arrived, the medication amount was different than what my doctor was to call in. The pharmacy tech summoned the pharmacist who was very nice and offered to look into the situation (as opposed to punting the ball back to me and offering no help/solution). Minutes later the pharmacist saw the (external) error which created the issue and told me she would have the RX ready in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service, very friendly, and the pharmacist even told me what to say when it's time to refill, so the (innocent) error doesn't happen again. Cherry on top: the store was having an amazing blow out sale and I got some makeup goodies at a steep discount and love the products.”
