Dan was great! Replaced my battery quickly while I waited. Manager also gave me a 10% discount on a higher quality battery because they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. Great people!

Paid for a part at one store on Sherman Way and Haskell, was sent to another store Sepulveda and Rosco to get part, was treated like a thief by the manager, just to find out I was sent to the wrong store.
Got to the store on Reseda and Northof, just to find the part did not work. Long day for nothing.

Good selection of parts and will track a part for you if they don't have it, they help people who aren't real knowledgeable with macanics, pretty helpful advice. Pretty good place

Michael was so helpful on the phone and encouraged me to come into the store to have my broken brake lights looked at. Though the store was further from my home, I was willing to drive out for great customer service. Not only did Michael assist me at the store, but Giovanni, the asst store manager greeted me with a smile and was willing to help me change out my lights. Both employees were kind, gracious, helpful, and took care of my problem swiftly. I will drive out to this store for all my car needs. :) Excellent customer service!!

Giovanni is the man!!!! The team was so helpful. I had an issue with my trunk not closing and gio helped diagnose and fix the issue with the stryker that was preventing the trunk from latching. These guys will help out anyway they can.
