This is the third time in the past two months this has happened. The first time, I even left my door completely wide open so I wouldn’t miss the delivery—and they never even attempted to come up to my apartment. I’ve been home, waiting again, and once more it seems no one even tries to make contact or waits to be let in. I’ve lived here for five years and have never experienced this level of service. Who exactly are you hiring now? This is completely unacceptable

Today I had an urgent issue after dropping off a package at the Granada Hills FedEx location. A couple of hours later, I realized there was a mistake in the paperwork and rushed back, only to learn that my package had already been sent to the North Hills station.
When I arrived at North Hills, the first person I spoke to told me I’d have to come back after 4 PM and that nothing could be done at the moment. I was extremely worried about missing the package again, so I decided to wait at the location in hopes of speaking with the driver directly.
While waiting, I spoke with two different employees. One of them said the driver wouldn’t return until after 5:30 PM. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, who completely changed my experience. She went above and beyond — calling the driver, speaking with her manager, and doing everything she could to help locate and retrieve my package. Her effort, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes their job so seriously and genuinely cares about customer service. Alex is an incredible asset to the North Hills FedEx team, and I’m so grateful for her help today. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you again, Alex!

Told there was an attempt to deliver but there wasn’t any attempt at all, I was waiting all day and I received no notice only that there was a ticket on my gate , very bad service, I’ll try not to use fed ex again 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I’ve been waiting weeks 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

A guy in the mornings sucks!!! If someone who is the receiver is allowing someone else, calls FedEx customer service beforehand, calls the sender to make pick up person is added, and the guy at the front gives you barriers, and doesn't allow pick up person, with a valid id showing the same address! And is an account manager for the account linked to the sender/receiver end, and with me, showing valid id through the phone and giving permission as an alternative to pick up the package is uncalled for. This guy really has issues. My pick up sadly didn't get his name, but he must have it that bad that he likes to ruin other people's day.
Jose in the evening was great though. He was kind, and fast. Thank you, Jose!

These people do not even try to deliver they just say they do. Then when you try to contact them about pick up they tell you that the shipper has to allow it. At this point why would anyone want to use fedex.

Rather sad that they didn’t leave a note on my door to notify that they tried delivering my package. Ignoring the whole part that there was someone at the home the whole day which just adds a bit more of doubt. If they even stopped and “tried to deliver “

The delivery driver failed to leave a door tag notifying me that my package was available for pickup at a store. By the time I discovered its location and arrived, I had just missed the driver retrieving it for return. I rushed to the shipping center, where I was told they couldn’t find my package but assured me that after their nightly scans, they would place a hold on it. The next day, despite following their instructions, I was informed that my package was not held as promised and was sent back anyway. This center and its driver should not even get a 1 star review.
