Absolutely worst FedEx drivers I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I try to avoid FedEx at all costs. They never complete deliveries. I'm waiting for packages and they redirect them to a store pick up. Lazy and incompetent.USPS > UPS > Literally anything else > This FedEx depot.

The laziest drivers are here. Totally dispensable service. Doesn’t matter instructions or anything like that, drivers will park in front of your house, wait 2 minutes and leave. It’s not an exception, it’s been like this every single time I have to receive an item. I waited in front of my house and just observed how they do. They don’t follow instructions… they don’t even try to reach the customer. That “driver” just parked, went to the door and came back with my package, simply ignoring the opened door, Callbox etc. This company and specially this store and their employees are completely dispensable.

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. Needless to say, this location is ran by monkeys. No one has any clue what is going on and how to help their customers. We were notified that our package was ready for pick up last night. Upon arrival, the associates could not locate our package. How does this even make sense? Worst service EVER. Lost our business that’s for sure. This location needs a full house clean-up and retraining on their staff. Don’t use FEDEX!!!!!!! They will completely disregard your packages and will make up every excuse in the book.

Lazy delivery driver can’t open the gate and bring the package to the door. Instead, he throws it on the sidewalk. Good thing I don’t receive much through Fed Ex. They suck

I’ve been shipping with a different FedEx location for 5 years and it’s always been the same package with the same size and the same weight. In the last two months of moving to this new location we have had problems twice where they overcharged me by claiming that my 2 pound box was 18 pounds and another time that my 6 inch box was written as 21 inches. Both times I had printed the shipping invoices online with the correct measurements but later on online I saw the overcharges. For both cases, my invoice disputes were not resolved and my money wasn’t returned. Don’t recommend this place as they overcharge you for wrong measurements.

They said they tried twice to deliver the package. Not a chance since I was home both days.If you are delayed, just say so and be honest about it.. don’t lie that you tried. Not a good experience.

I stopped by this FedEx ship center to pick up an item that we kept missing during delivery. This place doesn't have that many parking spots but it wasn't an issue when I came. I walked inside and there was only 1 person working. I give them the fedex slip that they left for pickup and showed him my ID. He then went to the back to get my package. The process was simple and I was out of there within 5 minutes.

WOW... Lazy AF. Driver left a notification/tag yesterday (10/16) and said they needed the gate code. I provided it and left the tag exactly where they'd placed it, making sure it was there before the delivery window of 10:10 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. The notice I got was that the driver "attempted" to deliver the package at 4:07 p.m. Now, I need to either drive to North Hills today to pick it up in a very tight window of 6:30-7:30 p.m. or risk them NOT taking note of my delivery instructions (via the tag) tomorrow. The website, of which I am a signed-up member, is not allowing me to either provide delivery instructions (e.g. gate code) or redirect to a pickup location. When I called the Customer Service number, I was told they could not add any delivery instructions, either. Fail, fail, fail.

Waiting around for a delivery all day long. Then I get a text saying they can't deliver. Because nobody was home that is a blatant lie.Deliveries are always delayed or late. Never have this problem with the United States Post Office or UPS. FedEx is a joke. I will never use them to send a delivery.

Never makes an delivery attempt. It shows they made an attempt on status but no call, no msg or even no knocking on door at all.

I have an Amazon order which was supposed to be delivered on September 29. It’s October 3 and when I calls Fedex, I was told I have to pick it up as they won’t deliver! It’s the 1st time I ordered from Amazon that was not delivered to my address.

Bad service after waiting 10+ minutes at the pick up line they tell me there’s only 1 line and they are servicing customers with shipping issues so the line was already all the way outside
