Not only is this place LGBT friendly but they're so patient and talented and passionate about their work. Me and my fiance wanted to find a place where we could replicate her ring for my engagement ring and they were happy and willing to make this custom order for us. We needed special kite diamonds for the side stones and they ordered them and were so easy to work with we are beyond thrilled with the results. Me and my fiance went out last night to celebrate finally getting my ring and said we'd refer all our friends to go here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. “I first came to JP when I started shopping around for my engagement ring. I had no idea what I wanted so I went to the common engagement stores such as Brilliant Earth and Robins Brothers to get an idea and also get pricing estimates. It wasn't until I ended up at JP that I realized those stores have a crazy markup and less flexibility for the ring I ended up wanting. I told JP exactly what I wanted so he created a custom ring for me and even with the customization the ring ended up costing significantly less than those chain jewelers. He listened to every single specification I wanted and gave his honest opinion on what would look better in the long run, last longer, etc,. Once he had a few diamonds for me to look at he gave me enough time to look at them in person, gave me renderings of the ring to look at and even built a wax figure of the ring before I haven't final sign off. He made this process seamless and I appreciate all the work he did to design my dream ring. My fiancée also loved how much information he provided him about the ring to ensure he felt comfortable with his purchase. I will definitely be returning to buy our wedding bands. Thanks JP!”

“I ordered a custom police badge pendant from Bruce and Zeda during the 2021 Christmas season and all I can say is WOW. My fiance's father had passed away earlier that year, and I wanted to get a memorable gift that would last a lifetime and that would remind him of his father each day. Bruce and Zeda helped me create the badge exactly how I wanted it, and ensured to keep in contact with me while it was being made and through shipping. They worked so incredibly hard to get it to me by Christmas, and I can't thank them enough for that. The quality of the piece is outstanding, and nearly two years later, the badge looks like it just came out of the box. My fiance absolutely loves it as he gets to wear his dad's badge and number each day. Cannot recommend Bruce, Zeda, and The Jewelry Factory enough!”
