“I just had my engagement ring resized in this place. This ring has a sentimental value, so I was hesitant trusting any jewelers. I tried looking for the best place where to go but unfortunately, most of the places I called/found were very pricey. Until I finally found this jewelry place across the Northridge Mall. I am happy to tell you that Mark, the owner, did a great job. I am very impressed with their professionalism and expertise in jewelry readjustment. In addition, they offer reasonable price for the service too. I highly recommend this place!”

“I had a broken stainless steel necklace that unfortunately could not be repaired. However I had no issues ordering a replacement through them, which took about a week as it came from a supplier. Afterwards I was unable to re-apply the pendant myself due to the clasp being to large to fit around. They were able to take off the clasp and put the pendant on, all the while welding it back so that i dont have issues with it in the future. You will not regret coming here for any jewlery repairs.”

I also came from Kevin‘s jewelers in the same mall which I was about to pay almost double for the same exact jewelry I purchased at Zales. Reason I left Kevin‘s jewelers is because they told me their jewelry was final sale and they didn’t even give me 24 hours to let my wife decide if she likes the jewelry or not giving her the opportunity to exchange. “I have never been more welcomed in store ever in my life! The ladies here are beyond amazing! We were just in the area and happened to come across this store. We walked in and were really just looking around. I found a cool pin for a friend and safety pin earrings. My husband loves beaded bracelets and came across this multi-colored bracelet, but it was a little small. He asked if they had one in a larger size, which they didn't. The ladies did him one better, they offered to make the bracelet larger for him and let him know he could pick it up the next day. Even went so far as to tell him not to feel obligated to pick it up.
