“Amazing selection and great prices. LOVE my new lamp. Also, I was absolutely blown away with the level of customer service. The manager was absolutely kind and super helpful, he even helped carry our lamp to our car. I didn’t need to wave my arms or hunt staff members to help me. When I approached the manger, he immediately greeted me and helped me out without delay. Best experience I’ve ever had with customer service ever. The ladies who rang up our purchase were also so incredibly pleasant. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing lights!!!”

“My wife and I had found a company in Kentucky (we live in California) that makes custom furniture out of recycled wine and whiskey barrels. Problem was the shipping was insane. So we looked around trying to find someone who could make us a liquor cabinet but it seemed we weren't going to find anyone. We had given up and we're trying to find another option but kept coming back to that idea. Finally a friend had suggested looking for someone that sells just barrels and doing it myself. I came across Evans Family Barrels and, to my luck, they make custom furniture out of them!!!! We visited their store and Carole and Mike were beyond welcoming and very nice and helpful. We placed our order and even added in a fruit bowl (also made from recycled barrel). I just picked them up and couldn't be happier! Amazing work!”

“Very good selection of nice furniture at great prices. But maybe the most important thing is that the people there are honest. They do what they say, and say what they will do. 5 years ago we bought a houseful of furniture at great prices... fast forward to now and the 5 year old sofa had a problem. Probably because of covid I've sat on the sofa way more than normal. I contacted them, they found my original order and promptly sent out their guys for repair. We both knew the warranty was over, so it cost me a little money but they were prompt and most importantly we are sitting on a brand new sofa body. Perfect timing as our little grandson is coming over this weekend and will sleep on the sofa bed. Really nice and honest people go perfectly with great prices on cool furniture!!”

“This showroom is wonderful! I had been looking for months for a sofa that was NOT neutral and cookie cutter, which was all I was seeing in the usual furniture stores. Sofa Design Gallery had exactly what I was looking for! With little explanation from me, James took me straight to "my" sofa that I had been searching for. Literally love at 1st sight. It's very well-made, really comfortable and the fabric is gorgeous. And while I was there, I spotted a chair that I also liked a lot. I had it remade in a fabric that I picked out to match the sofa. I am completely happy with both pieces. Both James and Bijon were very helpful, their customer service was fantastic. Even their delivery guys were wonderful. They were very careful and professional. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! I highly recommend you check them out.”
“My husband and I were gifted a beautiful chandelier and realized after assembling it that we were missing a crystal strand. I made several attempts to contact the manufacturer of the chandelier for a replacement, but never heard from them.I scoured the internet for a replacement and found something comparable on Crystal Place. I placed my order on Friday and it arrived so fast (the following Monday)! The crystal was practically identical to the one we needed and now our beautiful chandelier is complete. It's on west side of Sepulveda so with the traffic on that street it's best if your traveling south for easier entry to their lot. If your going north you'll have to cross 3 lanes of very heavy traffic.”

“Traditions Christmas Shoppe is the absolute best place for Decorations. Especially Halloween. Even though it's called a Christmas Shoppe, it has all Holiday Decorations. Many Vintage, which I love. I placed an order over the phone. Their merchandise is superior. Well made, very detailed and arrives at your door quickly. The Associates that take your order are always nice & go out of their way to help you. I will shopping at Traditions often. It's also a Family Business. It's all good. Great place for Decorations.”
“I brought 2 non functional lamps. One just needed a tightening and the other needed a new socket. The repairs were done promptly. Perhaps a bit pricey but one must pay for knowledge . I will bring them another lamp as soon as I find it in the garage!”

“I have a few go to supply stores but they're not really near to the San Fernando Valley. I found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. The inventory is great and if you're a business, the wholesale pricing is great. Even if you're not and need things just for a party, pricing still works great. I came in at a time where some regulars were there and the staff were just as friendly to her as they were to me. I would definitely come back for my future needs”
