“We went to this carniceria for our first time and it did not disappoint.
We had to travel a bit far but it was worth it.
We got the tray of tasajo, ranchera, costillitas and if course some chicken . The meat was so tender and juicy. They also gave us some salsa and wow their flavors were on point.
We can't wait to go back to your carniceria.”

The quality is truly night and day compared to even the best rib eye from across the street from sprouts or Ralph’s.
Even the fat around the steak is insanely delicious when grilled the right way. Most of the time it’s chewy. Every cut of meat I have had from here has been nothing but buttery.
Also the Celt salt helps a lot.

Every time we've brought the chorizo and longaniza to BBQs people love it and they're surprised to hear where we purchase. I only go to this location because the NoHo one is just not the same or as good.”

There are some problems: the first parking lot is always full, the second problem is that it is very narrow to walk between the rows. Once I wanted to pass by a beautiful woman of about 48 years old. I swear I didn't hit her from behind on purpose. I hope you understand. She laughed and smiled. If she hadn't been nice, she would have made a fuss. “Small market but they have a little bit of everything. A couple of friends who live nearby recommended it to me because they say they get great fresh plantains (plátanos) that taste amazing, sweet and are perfectly ripe, unlike what you find in most grocery stores. So I went specifically to get me some plátanos and OMG, I'm hooked. They were $2.29 per pound vs. $1-$1.29 per pound at the grocery store, more expensive, yes, but totally worth it. At least I'm paying for plátanos that I can actually eat and enjoy instead of getting some that will end up in the trash can. Will be back soon for more plátanos.
