I was really taken for an imbecile, they are crooks who think that for their commission they sold me a 3 year old phone which does not even have 4g or 5g non lte I have been paying $6 insurance for a year in case breakage or breakdown they made me pay $140 I asked them and showed that I received messages from the parent company that I had a free phone and remove upgrade and no they did not provide it to me I asked after he had the conditions to switch to a flex package and have a free phone with my old number and nothing they wanted to make me believe that I didn't know how to read they are liars don't trust them they are very bad salesman he listens to them manager who tells them a story but in the end it's him who gets the bonus, they get the stupid crumbs.... another chance I came 3 times and you sent me 8 employees to tell me that I didn't know how to read the offers that I received on my phone and in 3 days you did everything to give me an old phone that was lying around in your stock plus the time lost at my work to go and provide me with a phone. Having 5g and a decent processor to be able to send messages without waiting for the letters to appear instantly because I have to wait even when I delete I am not 14 years old, respect me a minimum thank you

It's disappointing, these women don't help you solve anything, I went to change my internet router because that's what they told me by calling customer service and the answer they gave me was that they couldn't do it and they just told me again. gave the customer service number and told me to call and cancel the service, the truth is that it bothered me and I even felt stupid putting the device back in the box, it is disappointing that being such a large company they pay these types of people who They don't know how to do their job or is it the fault of the company that doesn't have solutions available for its clients?….

I arrived at 7:50pm and the doors were locked. Employees saw me standing at the door and ignored me. The store closes at 8pm. Very unprofessional service
