It's disappointing, these women don't help you solve anything, I went to change my internet router because that's what they told me by calling customer service and the answer they gave me was that they couldn't do it and they just told me again. gave the customer service number and told me to call and cancel the service, the truth is that it bothered me and I even felt stupid putting the device back in the box, it is disappointing that being such a large company they pay these types of people who They don't know how to do their job or is it the fault of the company that doesn't have solutions available for its clients?….

I arrived at 7:50pm and the doors were locked. Employees saw me standing at the door and ignored me. The store closes at 8pm. Very unprofessional service

horrible service. i went to go buy a new phone because mine had stopped working. The girl who helped me asked if i could receive a one time pin on my phone to unlock the account, but alas i could not because my phone was broken. she then told me she could ask me some follow up questions that could in turn unlock my account. sadly i could not remember the date i opened the account so the option failed, i then asked her to try a different date in hopes that it would work. this resulted in a lock of my account. she then told me to check at the corporate office because they have simpler access to the accounts. so i go to the corporate office only for them to tell me they could have helped with an ID but that i had a lock of 72 hours on my account because of the failed attempts to unlock it. if only she had told me about the 72 hour hold or to go to the corporate office in the first place. utterly disappointing
