Came here today to look at some colors in person for exterior painting my contractor recommended. The staff Joseph was extremely helpful on selections, formula and very knowledgeable on formulation and basically everything you need to know about paint! Very glad we drop by here instead of Lowe's.

Great store; wonderful staff. John is the most helpful and knowledgeable member I've ever experienced with Sherwin Williams- very patient and promptly calls back about challenging orders if he needs to resolve something on the back end. Definitely worth the drive to go to this location.

I needed to do some touch-up around my house as it has not been properly cleaned for around five years. I purchased the paint from Sherwin Williams when I first moved in so I needed to get the same paints from them. Joseph was the one who served me. Since I am a first-timer painter so I needed some guidance in term of what tools I need for certain tasks. Joseph was very kind and willing to help. Despite my many questions, he was not irritated nor showed any contempt toward my unfamiliarity about the painting world. I brought him two color chips and asked for a match. Joseph patiently and meticulously worked with the blending machine in an attempt to produce the perfect color for my purpose. He was not reluctant to iterate the process multiple times until I am satisfied with the result. Even though at the end I was not able to get the exact same color from the store, I was pleased with the shopping experience and appreciated the customer-oriented attitude Joseph showed toward me.

Worst service ever. Asked for repose gray @25% and was told by the employee "you might as well just go with white at this point" Waited on 2 more people before he finally started tinting it....way dark, wrong formula. Obviously does not know what he is doing nor does he care apparently. Don't waste your money here.

I got the paint for my bedroom and the process was so easy. I was looking at different colors to choose from online and found the one I like. Sherwin Williams was the place that had the color so I went to this location to get my paint. The parking lot is pretty small but during covid time, there was barely anyone there. When I walked in, I was the only customer and the employee working there was very helpful. He asked a lot of questions of what color I wanted, how long I would like the paint to last for and etc. He also took the time to explain each option that I can choose from. After going through the whole questionnaires, he went to build my paint in the can and the whole process took about like 3 minutes to finish. I can't wait to see how the color look on my wall. I got the Aracia Haze SW 9132 semi gloss for my bedroom.
