As a long-time customer, I have financed phones with T-Mobile before, but this particular visit left me feeling unsatisfied and somewhat taken advantage of.Upon entering the store, I was immediately approached by a sales representative who seemed eager to assist me. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when she insisted that I purchase insurance for three months if I wanted to finance the phone. The fact that this insurance was mandatory and that I wasn't given any choice to decline it struck me as a potential scam.In the past, when financing phones with T-Mobile, I have never encountered such a requirement. This sudden change in policy made me question the motives behind it. It seemed as though the sales representative was solely focused on meeting her sales targets for the quarter, rather than providing me with the best options and service as a customer.As someone who values transparency and fair treatment, I found this experience to be disappointing. It left me questioning the integrity of the store and whether my best interests were truly being considered. It's disheartening when a company you've trusted in the past appears to prioritize its own sales goals over customer satisfaction.While I have been generally satisfied with T-Mobile's services in the past, this particular encounter has made me rethink my loyalty. I believe that customers should have the freedom to choose whether or not they want to purchase insurance when financing a phone. Imposing a mandatory insurance requirement without any flexibility or alternative options felt like a breach of trust.I hope that T-Mobile takes customer feedback seriously and reevaluates its policies to ensure that customers are treated fairly and given more autonomy in their purchasing decisions. It is essential for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain open lines of communication with their clientele.In conclusion, my recent experience at the T-Mobile store was far from satisfactory. The mandatory insurance requirement for phone financing left me feeling like I was being coerced into an unnecessary purchase. Alejandra went above and beyond to make our experience at T-mobile our best experience by far , she definitely took the time to answer all the questions we had , she made our experience smooth fast and really easy , she got us the best deals they had and treated us like family , I highly recommend coming in and asking for alejandra she has such a great energy ! Diego provided Excellent customer service. He was searching high & low to get the black watch. We ended up purchasing the white watch my friend's daughter was very Happy and Content with her Birthday gift.I am a stickler for great customer service and I was given that above and beyond March 2nd, 2023 by Diego and the Store Manager. Thank you both for providing that Customer Service T-Mobile talks about all the time.
