This pharmacy filled my prescriptions without authorization. It made it impossible for me to get my pills covered and filled by my usual pharmacy. I called 3 times to cancel my scripts. The first 2 times they hung up on me. The 3rd time they blew me off. If this happens to you, get your insurance carrier and doctor involved and make sure they don't get paid to fill it. The staff are typical for any Walgreens. Apathetic, rude and unprofessional. Avoid all Walgreens in the future. These people need to be shut down. This is basically insurance fraud. Especially against Medicare. May the odds be ever in their favor, lol.

I just went through the Pharmacy Drive-thru to pick up a brand new prescription. When the gentleman who was helping me just passed me my prescription and receipt, I asked for more details like adverse side effects, etc. He promptly got the pharmacist, who picked up the phone and just stared at me. She didn't address me whatsoever and looked at me with an attitude. She did not provide me any details of my medication, like do I need to take it with meals or if it makes me drowsy. She acted like my questions were a burden and couldn't muster up the strength to do her job. The pharmacist should not be working with the public. She should work in the private sector, where her interactions with people are minimal. I'll be sending my prescriptions elsewhere, and you should too.

I used to like going to this Walgreens but today we had a horrible experience. I practically had a screaming match with the manager who was extremely rude.

I was able to find items I have desperately been in search of with the assistance of a very nice, helpful, and efficient worker, Jose R. I will be making this my go to Walgreens location and look forward to the awesome customer service like that of which I received tonight!

Walk up at 9:54pm , they already closing the door in my face. Check the sign, it's states open till 10:00pm. I understand wanting to go home but why advertise a time and not adhere to it. I hate leaving such negative remarks but the face the associate had when he closed the door on my face. Lol it's like he totally enjoyed it. And I get I do s*** I wanted to be home as bad as them. But that's no way to treat a person let alone a customer.

Worst Walgreens. Customer service is terrible. Most of the employees stand around talking to each other.The pharmacy is horrible, they won't process anything through your insurance. They say everything is cash only. Very suspicious. Pharmacists are rude, never make eye contact.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! I want to start off with complaining about the store manager at Walgreens Josh at north hills. My husband went to purchase beer with his matricula and he turned him away! So about ten minutes later I go with him as I am of age I am 31 years old! And I want to purchase beer and cigarettes keep in mind my husband is 39 years old! Josh denied me of buying beer or cigarettes just because my husband was with me. It's my right and I'm of legal age to purchase alcohol and cigarettes if I please! He had NO right to turn me away!!!! I would understand if I was underage or if my hubby was underage but I'm old enough to buy it and I presented my CADL! I want something to be done about this! This was discrimination at its fullest! And I will make sure everyone on my social media outlets know how Walgreens manages their business
