Arco penalizes bicyclist for offsetting gas emissions. Paying customers who drive vehicles and customers riding a bicycle are both paying customers. Vehicles gets free air, bicyclist are forced to pay full amount for a wheel that takes 21times or more, less air than your average vehicle wheel. Penalized for offsetting carbon footprint of vehicles, that's not proactive that's punishment.

Stopped in to air up a low tire and the very rude clerk, Geraldo, wouldn’t turn on the air pump because I didn’t buy gas today. Never had a clerk at any station in California refuse to turn on an air pump before. I spend $100 to (nearly) fill up here every few weeks but won’t be going back. Very poor business decision to lose >$1000 in annual revenue just because Geraldo didn’t want to run the air compressor for 2 minutes.

i do door dash daily so i usually stop at the closest gas station near me. my first issue about this place is that i bought 4 gallons of gas which cost $20 dollars and i notice on my card that they charge me $170. i went inside to ask the store clerk about it and he told me that since its my first time the store and i am using a credit card they charge me for assurance. and will have to wait until the next business day for it to get back into my account. the thing is i wasn't using a credit card i was using my cash app debit card, also did they really have to take $150, why not just fifty. if i need this money i have no other choice. if that wasn't enough i notice that it wasn't enough even 4 gallons that i paid for. i went to chevron earlier and bought 2 gallons and where fuel meter at is the same as the 4 gallons i bought at this place. i go to gas station frequently so i notice take notice of the fuel meter. something is really sketchy about this place or the company as a whole.
