I can’t say enough good things about this place! From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repairs in a timely manner.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was running perfectly and that I was satisfied. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-notch expertise with such excellent customer service.

“I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident. I will post picture after the truck is done if it is not totaled. Thank you George!”

“My experience here could not have been better! My car was sideswiped and had multiple damaged panels. Not only did they match my metallic paint perfectly, and fix every point of impact, but they responded quickly gave me reasonable expectations about repair time and cost, worked with my insurance, and they were professional and kind. And they somehow got some pretty stubborn sap off the roof of my car and gave it back to me looking like I had just gotten it detailed.”

“I can’t express how great this shop is. I had body damage to the back of a rented sprinter van and needed a QUICK turn around time. Went to 2 other shops and got quoted over $2k to fix. I came here told them my situation and asked them if they could help me out. They were super transparent with me, they broke down all the replacement peices needed with the pricing and gave me a very accurate and reasonable price (half of what the other shops were trying to charge me). They ordered the parts the same day and fixed it the next. I don’t think you can ask for anything more from a body shop TRANSPARENT, SKILLED, & FAST! Save yourself the time and just go to them right away.”

Being in the car industry for gives me a good background in dealing with bodyshops/paint shops, and they are usually always the worst. Top Gun on the other hand is not like that at all. All their paint work is super top notch. I really can't say enough about the quality of their work. being someone who is very observant when it comes to paint, these guys kill it. True artisans in a sea of bad body shops.

“I went into this dealership yesterday b/c I am in the market to purchase a new car. I've been doing research for awhile and I decided to simply go to this dealership to look and have a simple conversation. I'm not a person that knows all the right questions to ask, nor am I the person that knows all the car jargon, or geek things that some others maybe into. Basically I'm the perfect person to get over on when it comes to buying a car. In past experiences going to dealerships left me feeling drained, exhausted, uneducated, and simply not in the best of moods, and plainly put.... Stupid. Let me tell you this. Yesterday was thee FIRST time that I've ever went into a dealership and had the best experience EVER!!! Jonathan Bivens welcomed me from the moment that I walked in, and took his time to make sure he answered every question that I had, he broke everything down to me in language that I could understand, and literally took away my fear of going into a car dealership. He was literally heaven sent and a blessing. This dealership is truly blessed to have someone like Jonathan on their staff. Although I haven't purchased my car yet, I've already made up my mind that when that time comes, which will be VERY SOON, Mini Universal City is the ONLY place that will get my business. I encourage everyone that is in the market of purchasing a vehicle, take a trip down to Mini Universal City and I promise you won't regret it. The entire staff is amazing, however Jonathan is the rock star in my opinion, so be sure to ask for him!

“My body shop of many , many years finally closed their doors for good. So I started asking around. Recommended highly by one of the best auto repair mechanics I know, Avos Auto Center came through at 5-star level. I showed up unannounced and within 20 -25 minutes I had a full assessment of the damage, including pulling out the entire headlight assembly, to make positively sure I didn’t need that very expensive part. I walked a few businesses away and got a special Avos rate on a rental car with 5000 miles on it. Throughout the body repair process, Gary sent me photo updates of my car as it went through the various repair stages. The car came out looking magnificent, the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work done and I have a great body shop to go to and to recommend. This shop is top notch.”
