Bank is your average boa bank. What bugs me is the parking lot. Armenians bought half the lot so their mothers wives sisters cousins brothers uncles and all the BMW rolls Royce mercedes benz teslas are parked there (many times double parked) taking up valuable space just so they can smoke and hang out in the back of their store fronts.But I'm not supposed to talk bad about them. Because they went thru stuff, you know.

Long lines, consistently awful service (always pushing you to use atm and online services regardless of what you are there for) and never has quarters for banking customers!

Only come to the bank line here if you have well over 70 minutes to spare. I'm in now. 11am. 7 people deep. One teller. It is like this all the time any time every time. Absolutely miserable. Often will have to leave because an hour is not enough time to see a teller. Disgusting. Disgraceful.

This was the bank that was robbed during the North Hollywood Shootout in 1997. Pretty sure the guys that did it studied the movie "Heat".

Hate to leave bad reviews. But this place is terrible. I try to avoid but it's the closest BofA to my home. Slowest and rudest tellers. I'm here right now with 10 ppl in line and one of the tellers decide that she has to go on her lunch break in that exact moment. Cool cool. Maybe wait until some of the people have been helped first and then go?!? Gee, I don't know. Smh.

In line at this branch. No teller for five minutes. Manager unavailable. I really don't know why I stay with this bank.Horrible customer care.

This is my go to bank when I am in the area. It is a few minutes drive to and from my work. I usually use their ATM and so far I have not encountered any issues. There is always an availability. Plenty of parking lots in front. You can leave your car running (during daytime) go to the ATM and back.

An absolutely USELESS BANK!! No tellers. “Short staffed” but there’s five employees working. And none of them can step in as a teller. I find this impossible to believe. Bank of America is consistently the WORSTPer the B.o.A. reply…. I absolutely 100% will NEVER have an account here. And don’t have one currently. So using your VERY LIMITED ATM and iPads is not an option for me to make money order deposits into other accounts. Try staffing your banks in a common sense way.

Made a special trip to cash a check. My local central branch in Studio City has been closed permanently. This branch was open, but the teller line was closed! I was told by a cheerfuller greeter that I can not cash a check, because teller line is closed since they do not have enough staff. So they have have and staff for a greeter, but not enough staff for tellers in bank?! As a result of this visit and BOFA generic response, I have reviewed my 30+ year relationship with a BOFA and am moving to CapitalOne where I can get at least 3% interest on personal savings account and can not get worse service.

I visited the Bank today at 3.45 PM and the closing hours is 4PM there was almost 6 people ahead of me in the queue and only 2 teller were handling. When I reach it almost 4.15 PM and still I see few more in the queue after me. I appreciate the teller patience and service. Thank you Isabel for the easy and quick process!Would be good if you can add more representative depends on the crowd, it helps both to make quick processThanks

Literally the worst wait time I have EVER had to stand around for. They only ever have 1 teller at the window and ALWAYS like 8 people in line. No care in the world to get customers seen and handle transactions. Stood in like for a good 10 minutes while everyone was in the back, with about 10 other people waiting in line with me.
