Needed an oil change, and when I searched I found this place with amazing reviews so figured I would check it out. Nazar and his team were fabulous! Super friendly, efficient, and quick. They did not try to upsell me on random unnecessary things, but they let me know if anything would need to be changed or fixed whenever I was ready. Just overall they were super sweet & did a great job on my car. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. :)

PHENOMENAL service at this auto shop!I went in with the hopes that I could get my truck roadworthy for a trip. Alex and Nassar did a GREAT job replacing my front suspension. It's like a new truck now.There's something to be said about good old fashion values, where someone looks you in the eye, shakes your hand and an honest days work for an honest days pay.Up-front pricing, no hidden charges or fine print. Just hardworking, honest guys that know their stuff.Very happy to have stumbled onto this shop. Came for new tires , was told my front brake rotors needed to be replaced which I was aware of. The dealership was just charging too much. He charged half the price and had the service done in hours 5 stars.

You definitely want to go to this place of you need a tire! I went to 4 other places in the area and this was the ONLY place that had a used tire at a really good price. Nazar was very professional and kind. He's a really cool guy and was helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks Nazar!

I have not had my Highlander serviced for many years. When my "Check Engine" light came on, I thought I would FINALLY bite the bullet and have a mechanic look at my car. My daughter referred me to Nazar at "Best Tires and Auto Repair" in North Hollywood, who she trusts with her car. What a terrific decision that was for me AND my car!! Nazar was amazing! Professional, competent, friendly but, most importantly, he was very open and honest - something that had not been my experience with previous mechanics. Plus, his prices seem quite reasonable. Most people, getting their car serviced just accept the estimate and hope they won't need a mask and a gun to pay for it! Nazar put my car up on the rack and he showed me where my oil leaked all over my car. I didn't have to guess why replacement valves were needed. I saw the damage close up and had no reservations about purchasing the valves. I also found it very comforting when Nazar showed me the results of a diagnostic test, because then I realized the cost of this test was essential to determine what had to be done. The estimate was exactly the price I was charged in the final bill - no surprises! When my husband drove me to pick up my car, Nazar was very kind and took the time to show my husband how to close his hood - which had been partially opened for almost 6 months! Nazar also replaced a very minor part for my husband's car, at no cost. Nazar truly earns his name "Best Tire and Auto Repair". If you want a mechanic you can trust and you know will not charge you for things you simply do not need and who will do outstanding work on your car, Nazar and "Best Tires and Auto Repairs" is your only choice!
