I’m closing the business account I’ve had here for nearly a decade because I was so disappointed with their loan process, long wait times, zero communication skills and inability to get a simple/small car loan (lease buy out) to land. Took nearly two weeks, the first week with no response to my prompt submission and daily requests for follow up. I’m a LO myself and was extremely put off. San Diego CU had me approved and everything wrapped up within 48 hrs. Don’t waste your time or sanity here.

Came in the other day to make a transaction and had the pleasure of being assited by Daniel. Let me just say, this was one of the most pleasent and professional interactions I had at the bank in a very long time. Daniel was very courteous, attentive, approachble and didnt hesistate to answer any questions I had when asked about auto loans or any other questions I had for him. The way he provided his services to me felt like I was talking to one of my own family memebers and the respect between myself as a customer and the sales rep was unmatched. I would highly recommend anyone to approach Daniel on their vist to the bank. If you want the upmost respect and best customer service, hes your man. Thanks again Daniel, truly made my visit be worthwhile.

Amber always has a smile on her face. She loves it when you yell BRAVO BRAVO while applauding loudly. ? I prefer credit unions like this since I pay no monthly fee nor do I need a minimum balance. Guard always on duty out front. Lines short and move fast. Always clean and professional.

My credit union has always been better than any bank I've ever used. Even when they merged I did not notice any difference in their customer service

Been a member of the California credit union since 2019, they always provide exceptional service with quick answers. Today I spoke with Alicia about applying for a auto refinance and credit card, and she was able to provide me with all the answers information I needed to get that moving forward. She made applying for their credit card super simple and hassle free and I was able to accommodate all of my needs without making me feel silly for asking a bunch of silly questions. 10 of 10 would recommend. Shout out to Alicia

The new branch manager Ana asked me to leave a positive review,but i am gonna share my experience,i have been doing business w them for over 5 years ,as soon as new manager Ana(she is Armenian) came i been selling some things online and def transferred the money to my bank acc,not only she started forcing me to open a business acc so that I would need to pay fee ,I did explain to her it was just personal sales and no business,plus i was planning y to go back to law school,so that was not a business or job for me,i do have a right to transfer my money from paypal or google pay to my bank acc,not only she was unprofessional and rude,they even didn't handle one of my claims properly,overall i am disappointed and dissatisfied,the older manager was nicer and more respectful, she would always say how much she appreciated my business over the years,so i left and i am happier in diff bank,don't do business w this bank ,they are terrible.The manager and many people there don't even speak English properly,unprofessional and terrible.

Excellent customer service and parking is less of a hassle since they moved locations away from Starbucks. Annabelle Eng was very helpful in loan processing. Wealth management services are available on select days.

I'm a thirty year member (I think that's really more than 30 years but I stopped counting. The people at this branch do an outstanding job. Yesterday I had a huge problem depositing an escrow refund check to my account that my husband had endorsed via by mobile deposit. It was rejected, and I called to ask why and was told since I didn't have a joint account with my husband (also a member), I'd have to open a joint account (it's a three hour round trip no matter which branch I go to). This had never happened before. Then today I was told it might work if I went in (husband working over time setting up polling places and no way available for a side trip), and asked a branch manager for special dispensation. I sighed and put on my coat for the road trip, just before Shelby at CCU called me to say there was a misunderstanding and I could do a mobile deposit because my husband and I each have accounts there. So yes, great service, and Shelby hadn't seen my 4 star review. Will definitely recommend.
